ขอแสดงความยินดีกับประเทศฝรั่งเศส เพราะวันนี้เป็นวันชาติขอแสดงความเคารพและชื่นชมยินดี กับประเทศมหาอำนาจอีกประเทศนึง ซึ่งข้าพเจ้าเคยให้ได้อยู่อาศัยและศึกษาเล่าเรียนจนซาบซึ้งในประวัติศาสตร์อันยาวนานการต่อสู้ของชาวยุโรปโดยเฉพาะฝรั่งเศส มาจนจนถึงปัจจุบันนี้ด้วยความยินดีและเคารพ ในนาม องค์กรทูตสันติภาพ Envoy For Peace

Félicitations à la France, qui célèbre aujourd'hui sa fête nationale. Je tiens à exprimer mon respect et mon admiration pour une autre grande puissance, un pays où j'ai vécu et étudié, et où j'ai acquis une profonde compréhension de sa longue histoire et des luttes des Européens, et plus particulièrement de la France, jusqu'à nos jours.
