Earthquake Relief in Mandalay by Wat Phra Dhammakaya
🌹Wat Phra Dhammakaya, Dhammakaya Foundation, and disciples of Luang Por Dhammajayo have collected items donated by charitable people to help earthquake victims in Mandalay, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. They have delivered essential items, including medical supplies, wound care kits, ready-to-eat meals, drinking water, clothing, tents, tarpaulins, mats, mosquito nets, ropes, hygiene supplies, and detergent, etc., by air, totaling 375 kilograms, and by container trucks, totaling more than 5 tons, through the Thai-Myanmar border.
🌹On April 16, representatives of Wat Phra Dhammakaya will travel to Mandalay to offering Sanghadana to 181 temples at Mahadhammikayama Shwejin Taimagyi Monastery to alleviate the suffering of the Myanmar Sangha and Buddhists affected by the recent earthquake.
