Competitive Martial Arts (Fighting Games) A team event of three players, each playing a different title on PlayStation 5:

2. Tekken 8: A 3D fighting game by Bandai Namco. Characters can sidestep, and each of the four buttons controls one limb. It is known for its long combos and the Heat system, which temporarily boosts offensive power.
3. The King of Fighters XV: A 2D fighting game by SNK. Players select three characters and set their order; when one is defeated, the next steps in until one side has no characters left.
Key skills include spacing, combo ex*****on, reaction speed, reading the opponent and staying composed under pressure.
4. League of Legends (PC) A MOBA by Riot Games, widely recognised as the world's largest esport. Two teams of five compete on a map with three lanes and a jungle area between them. Each player has a different role, and the goal is to destroy the enemy's defensive turrets and ultimately their Nexus, the main structure of the base. The game currently has more than 170 champions. Key skills include teamwork, macro strategy and securing major objectives.
5. Honor of Kings (Mobile) A mobile MOBA by TiMi Studio Group. Two teams of five battle across three lanes to destroy the opposing team's base crystal, with matches lasting around 15-20 minutes. Key skills include team communication, map awareness and quick decision-making.
6. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (Mobile) A mobile MOBA by Moonton in which two teams of five compete to destroy each other's base. Key skills include rotations, coordinated engagements and decision-making in team fights.
7. Pokémon Unite (Mobile, Nintendo Switch) A MOBA set in the world of Pokémon, played in teams of five. Unlike typical MOBAs, teams do not destroy a base; instead, players collect energy by defeating wild Pokémon and score it in the opponent's goal zones. Each match lasts 10 minutes, and the team with the higher score at the end wins. Key skills include team composition, timing late-game objectives and teamwork.
8. PUBG Mobile (Mobile) A battle royale game in which players parachute onto a map and search for weapons and equipment while the safe zone steadily shrinks, forcing everyone into confrontation. The last team standing wins. In esports competition, points are awarded for both placement and eliminations. Key skills include aiming accuracy, positioning, zone rotation and team communication.
9. Naraka: Bladepoint (PC) A martial arts battle royale by 24 Entertainment for up to 60 players, focused on melee weapons such as swords and spears.
