เมื่อวันที่ 12 ธันวาคม 2025 ทีม Training Wheels ได้มีโอกาสไปฉลองคริสต์มาสล่วงหน้ากับเด็กๆ ที่ Asia Center Foundation ค่ะ 🎄🎉

พวกเราช่วยกันแจกของขวัญ เล่าเรื่องราวของวันคริสต์มาส พร้อมทั้งร่วมสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งความสนุกในช่วงเทศกาลด้วยการร้องเพลงแครอลและเต้นไปพร้อมกับเด็กๆ รอยยิ้มและเสียงหัวเราะของน้องๆทำให้ช่วงบ่ายวันนั้นพิเศษมากๆเลยค่ะ 🎶😽

ขอบคุณสำหรับช่วงเวลาดีๆ และโอกาสในการส่งต่อความสุขและรอยยิ้มให้กันนะคะ 🤍

On December 12th 2025 , we had the opportunity to visit the Asia Center Foundation for an early Christmas celebration 🎄🎉

We handed out presents, shared the origin story of Christmas, and filled the room with music as we sang carols and danced with the kids. Their smiles made the whole afternoon feel truly magical 🎶💫

So grateful for moments like these and for the chance to spread holiday cheer 🤍

เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ผ่านมา core team ของเราได้มีโอกาสไปสอนน้องๆที่มูลนิธิบ้านเพื่อชีวิตค่ะ 🏠💙

พวกเราสอนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษเกี่ยวกับสิ่งของรอบตัว และสีสันของสายรุ้งผ่านกิจกรรมสนุกๆ น้องๆยังได้โชว์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ผ่านการวาดภาพจากจินตนาการ และปิดท้ายด้วยเกมเก้าอี้ดนตรีที่เต็มไปด้วยเสียงหัวเราะ รอยยิ้ม และพลังบวกจากน้องๆ 🌈✨

พวกเราดีใจและซาบซึ้งมากที่ได้ใช้เวลาร่วมกับน้องๆที่น่ารักทุกคน และตั้งตารอที่จะได้มอบรอยยิ้ม และความรู้ให้น้องๆต่อไปค่ะ 💗💗

This Saturday, our core team had the amazing opportunity to visit the Life Home Project Foundation. 🏠💙

We introduced the kids to everyday objects and colours of the rainbow in English through fun activities. They also got to show off their artistic skills through drawing challenges, filling the room up with vibrant colours and creativity. To wrap the day up, we played a lively game of musical chairs, leaving the kids engaged, smiling, and with cheerful energy. 🌈✨

We are truly grateful to have spent time with these wonderful kids and we can’t wait to bring more smiles, learning and fun on our next adventure!! 💗💗

คิดถึงพวกเรากันมั้ยคะ? Training Wheels กลับมาแล้วค่าาา~~🚲💨

เมื่อวันที่ 29 มิ.ย. ที่ผ่านมา เราได้จัดการประชุมเพื่อต้อนรับทีมอาสาสมัครรุ่นใหม่ บรรยากาศในการประชุมอบอวลไปด้วยความสุขที่ออกมาผ่านรอยยิ้มของน้องๆทุกคนเลยค่ะ^^

ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ Co-founders ของเราได้มีโอกาสเล่าที่มาของ Training Wheels รวมทั้งแชร์วิสัยทัศน์และเป้าหมายสำหรับอนาคต ☺️ พร้อมกับเปิดตัวสมาชิก core team รุ่นใหม่ทั้ง 6 คนที่จะรับไม้ต่อในการเดินทางของ Training Wheels ไปด้วยกันค่ะ 👥🫶🏼

During the session, our co-founders shared the backstory of Training Wheels, their vision and goals for the future and most excitingly, ✨ introduced our 6 new core team members who will be carrying the torch forward. 👥🫶🏼

✨ในวันที่ 23 และ 24 มีนาคนนี้พวกเราเทรนนิ่งวีลได้จัดค่ายภาษาอังกฤษ2วันที่โรงเรียนบ้านพารากับนักเรียนตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นปอสามถึงปอห้ามากกว่า30คน! 📚

ในช่วงเมษา🏝️สภาพอากาศที่ภูเก็ตค่อนข้างร้อนถึงร้อนมากพวกเราเลยสอนน้องๆเกี่ยวกับคำศัพท์ซัมเมอร์และสอนให้น้องๆดูแลตัวเองจากภัยความร้อน🔥🔥

และในครั้งนี้นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ในโรงเรียนเป็นมุสลิมและอยู่ในช่วงถือศีลรามาดรแต่กลับมีพลังงานเต็มที่และส่งความตั้งใจให้พี่ๆทุกคน🙌🏻

พวกเราขอขอบคุณท่านผู้อำยนวยการและคณะครูทุกคนที่เปิดโอกาสให้เทรนนิ่งวีลส์มาสอนในครั้งนี้🥰🫶🏻

💫On the 23rd and 24th of March, Training Wheels visited Baan Para School where we hosted an exciting 2-day English Camp for over 30 year 4-6 (Grade 3-5) students! ✨✨
Now that Phuket is officially in its hottest of seasons, we taught the students different summer-related keywords and also taught them how to take care of themselves in high temperatures.☀️🏖️
Despite majority of the students being Muslim whom were fasting for Ramadan, their energy were higher than ever!🙌🏻
Huge thank you to the Baan Para School Principal and teachers for giving us this amazing opportunity!🫶🏻💕

เทรนนิงวีลส์ที่กรุงเทพตอน2!!
เริ่มต้นเดือนมีนาคมอย่างสนุกสนานกันทีเดียว วันที่1 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา พี่ๆเทรนนิ่งวีลส์ได้ไปจัดกิจกรรมสอนภาษาอังกฤษน่าตื่นเต้นพร้อมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมกับน้องๆ ป.2 ที่โรงเรียนทุ่งมหาเมฆกว่า80คน!! 🚌😮🌳

Training wheels in Bangkok chapter 2!!
Starting off March with some fun!! On the 1st of March, Training Wheels visited Tungmahamek School to meet over 80 year 3 students. Our main theme was the environment, we taught them vocabulary about nature and environment preservation in English. The students actively participated in our activities with loads of energy and laughter. 🚌😮🌳

🌟วันที่ 18-19 ธันวาคมที่ผ่านมา Training Wheels (เทรนนิ่งวีลส์)ได้ไปเยี่ยมโรงเรียนวัดมงคลวรารามเป็นครั้งที่สอง เด็กๆตื่นเต้นมากที่เราได้พบกันอีกครั้ง และน้องๆหลายคนยังจำชื่ออาสาสมัครที่มาก่อนหน้านี้ได้🥹 ครั้งนี้ เราได้บริจาค *หนังสือจำนวน 414 เล่ม📚* ให้กับทางโรงเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมให้น้องๆมีความรักในการอ่านและเพิ่มพูนความรู้ให้กับตัวของน้องๆเอง ตัวอย่างของกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แสดงเป็นหนูน้อยหมวกแดงสุดคลาสสิก❤️ สำรวจข้อดีของความยั่งยืน♻️ และเล่นเกมที่สนุกสนาน🥰 นอกจากนี้ พวกพี่ๆยังได้สอนการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษในรูปแบบครอบครัวที่อบอุ่น ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของเทรนนิ่งวีลส์มาโดยตลอด🫶🏻

ปิดท้ายปี 2023 🎉 ในปีหน้า การผจญภัยของพวกเราจะมีความลึกซึ้ง ความเข้าใจ💞และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจมากยิ่งขึ้น!👀😆

✨On the 18th and 19th of December, Training Wheels went for a second visit at Wararam School. The kids were extremely excited to see us once more, with many of them remembering the names of the volunteers who previously came🥹. This time we also donated a **staggering 414 books📚** fostering a love of reading and knowledge acquisition for the children. In our visit, we acted out the classic Little Red Riding Hood❤️, explored the merits of sustainability♻️, and engaged in fun physical games🥰, all while teaching conversational English in familial and homely manner that has been core to the Training Wheels identity.🫶🏻

💕Finishing off our last visit of 2023, we look towards the next year, where our adventures will be even more insightful, impactful and inspiring!🎉🎉♥️♥️

❤️วันที่สอง ณ มูลนิธิบ้านธารน้ำใจ!!

ในเวลาเพียงแค่สองวัน พวกเราได้ทำความรู้จักกับน้องๆทุกคนและได้ทำกิจกรรมสนุกสุดปัง น้องๆไม่ได้แค่เรียนรู้คำศัพท์ใหม่ๆ แต่ยังได้ฝึกแสดงละครเวทีของตัวเองอีกด้วย! 🎭✨

ขอขอบคุณอาจารย์และนักเรียนทุกคนสำหรับการต้อนรับอันอบอุ่นและที่พักแสนสบาย

In just two action-packed days, we made new friends and did all sorts of fun activities , where we didn't just teach new vocabularies – we crafted a whole drama skit from scratch! 🎭✨

Massive thanks to all the dedicated teachers and enthusiastic students for the warmest welcome and a cozy place to catch overnight.

✨Baan Than Namchai in Khaolak, Phangnga, witnessed an explosion of energy as 8 of our members swooped in for an exciting weekend (7th-8th of October)!

We had such a blast playing all sorts of games with over 25 students and getting to know more about them.

This trip was the definition of excitement , since it’s our first time teaching outside of Phuket, and surely it won’t be the last!✨

On the 30th of September, we visited Duang Prateep Foundation, sparking joy and laughter with over 30 primary students through a whirlwind of exciting activities.
Despite our long break, our goals and ideas remain the same; to bring excitement and fun into children’s education, and we did exactly just that.
Now with new members and a new location, we are more than ready to start Training Wheels’s new chapter. Be sure to embark on this rollercoaster ride with us, filled with exciting adventures, new friends, and unforgettable moments! 🚀✨

ในวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2565 เทรนนิ่งวีลส์ได้จัดค่ายภาษาอังกฤษที่โรงเรียนบ้านในทอนพร้อมกับแพลนกิจกรรมใหม่ๆ! เด็กๆตั้งแต่ อ.1-ป.3 จำนวน 20 คนได้เรียนรู้คำศัพท์และเล่นเกมทั้งภายในอาคารและที่ริมชายหาด ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ใหม่ของทั้งเด็กนักเรียนและพี่ๆเมมเบอร์ ถึงแม้อากาศจะร้อน นักเรียนและเมมเบอร์เทรนนิ่งวีลส์ทุกคนก็ได้ทำกิจกรรมอย่างสนุกสนาน!

Training Wheels first visit at Baan Naithon School! On April 1st 2023, we hosted a Summer Day-Camp with 20 students with lots of fun activities in both outdoor and indoor. It is Training Wheels first time to host a class at the beach! Despite the utterly hot weather, all students and Training Wheels members had a lot of fun!

สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมานี้ สมาชิกเทรนนิ่งวีลส์ภายในโรงเรียนขจรเกียรตินานาชาติภูเก็ตได้จัดบูธรับบริจาคหนังสือมือสองเพื่อที่จะนำไปบริจาคให้โรงเรียนวัดมงคลวราราม ผู้ปกครอง นักเรียน คุณครู และเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงเรียนล้วนมีส่วนร่วมมาช่วยบริจาค ตอนนี้เราระดมหนังสือได้มากกว่า 230 เล่ม แถมเงินทุนอีกมากกว่า 4000 บาท! ขอขอบคุณทุกๆคนที่ได้มีโอกาสเข้ามาบริจาคหนังสือ และขอบคุณเมมเบอร์เทรนนิ่งวีลส์ที่ใช้เวลาว่างของตัวเองเพื่อมาเฝ้าบูท เก่งมากทุกๆคน!

During the past week, Training Wheels members within Kajonkiet International School have set up a Book donation booth to collect second-hand books to be donated to Wat Mongkol Wararam School during our next visit coming up in the near future. With amazing participation from parents, students, and staff members, we have raised over 230 books and 4000 baht! Big thanks to everyone that help donated and all the members of Training Wheels that use their free time to stay at the donation booth. Excellent job, everyone!
