Yesterday saw the launch of 'Holiday' by 'The Isan Project'

The new song and video was launched by the former Tourism and Sports Minister, Senator Weerasak Kowsurat, at a private luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Sukhumvit, Bangkok.

The Isan Project’s brainchild and British Director/ Producer, Will Robinson, teamed up for the new production with Colonel Sirikul Monsak from The Royal Thai Army. The video features a young couple on a motorcycle trip on The Royal Coast of Thailand starting on Koh Talu Island and finishing at Wat Tham Chaeng in Cha Am. The couple named “Fire and Earth”, (Earth wearing a Union Jack helmet) visit beach after beach on their amazing adventure up the coastline, also stopping at Wat Thang Sai, Pranburi Dam, Monsoon Valley Vineyard, and a host of other stunning locations.

'Holiday' is aimed at encouraging International Tourists to visit the region and hopefully help boost the local economy. Senator Weerasak Kowsurat said "this.... is the narrowest part of Thailand but super rich in biodiversity along with cultural diversity. The Video shows a variety of angles about the people, the places, and the pride of Thainess". Will Robinson added “I spend three months a year on The Royal Coast in Hua Hin, it truly is a beautiful coastline full of surprises, we were determined to record this great trip on video and we wrote a nice song called 'Holiday' that creates a real buzz in the film”

Yesterday Hua Hin Wine Expo was the first of a series of events in Association with the Royal Coast Riviera Club and it was a hugely successful event with great turn up from both sections from Tourism Hospitality industry during the first half day time and also from the part in the evening open to public.
RCR Club would like to thank the organizer John Murphy for the excellent and professional running of the event.We also would like to extend our gratitude to TAT Prachuap Khiri Khan for their support and participation.
This is the first of a series of other event s on the pipeline which will be schedule to promote our region and the Royal Coast and to incrase the participation of Royal Coast Riviera Club in promoting awareness and tourism in our beautiful seaside locations.

A LONG WEEKEND AT THE ROYAL COAST RIVIERA

This is the first event ever in Hua Hin for the TICC, usually we go from an event to the other but never 4 events in a row, this is because the Royal Coast Riviera is a special place that needs more consideration from the TICC and we hope to repeat this even at least on a yearly basis.

The highlight of the long weekend that will be the “Networking” Aperitivo Italiano at Anantasila on Saturday 04/11 evening where club members, and non, businessman and other distinguished guests from Bangkok and the Royal Coast Riviera can mingle with each other. A lot has been done, a lot has been prepared, also Wine Expo, the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, RCRC-Club and Hua Hin Today have honored us with their patronage.

Be members of one of the chambers or not, I believe that there is something (at great discounted prices) for everyone!
