လူမှုရေးတရားမျှတမှုဆိုတာ လူတိုင်းကို မခွဲခြားဘဲ ပညာရေး၊ အလုပ်အကိုင်၊ ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် ဥပဒေအောက်တွင် တန်းတူညီမျှအခွင့်အရေးရရှိစေခြင်းကို ဆိုလိုပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ဒီနေ့မျက်မှောက်ကမ္ဘာကြီးမှာ လူအချို့အတွက်တော့ အခွင့်အရေးမညီမျှမှုများ၊ အခက်အခဲများနှင့် ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုများ ရှိနေဆဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ဒီလို လူမှုရေးတရားမျှတမှုမရှိတဲ့ဖြစ်ရပ်တွေကို သတိပြုမိစေဖို့ World Day of Social Justice ( ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ လူမှုတရားမျှတမှုနေ့) အဖြစ် ကမ္ဘာ့လုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ (United Nations-UN) က သတ်မှတ်ပေးထားပြီး လူမှုရေးတရားမျှတမှု၊ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးနှင့် တန်းတူညီမျှမှုကို ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာအဆင့်တွင် အားပေးမြှင့်တင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါသည်။
ဒီနေ့ဖြစ်လာရတဲ့ အဓိကအကြောင်းအရာတွေမှာ—
🔹ဆင်းရဲမှုလျှော့ချရေး (Poverty Reduction)
🔹အလုပ်အကိုင်အခွင့်အလမ်းများ တိုးချဲ့ရေး (Decent Work for All)
🔹လူမှုရေးတန်းတူညီမျှမှု ရရှိရေး (Social Inclusion & Equality)
🔹 လူ့အခွင့်အရေး ကာကွယ်ရေး (Human Rights Protection)
တို့ပါဝင်ပြီး အဆိုပါအချက်များသည် ကျွန်တော်တို့ Yuva Platform ရဲ့ အဓိက ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များနှင့် ထပ်တူကျလျှက်ရှိပါတယ်။
ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းအတွင်း အားနည်းနေသော လူနည်းစုအသိုက်ဝန်းများ၊ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းအခြေချ အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နေသူများအထူးသဖြင့် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံရှိ မြန်မာရွှေ့ပြောင်းလုပ်သားများအတွက် အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။

စတဲ့ အခြေခံလူမှုရေးတန်းတူညီမျှမှုတွေအတွက် “လူတိုင်းသည် မခွဲခြားဘဲ တန်းတူအခွင့်အရေးရရှိသင့်သည်” ဆိုတဲ့ ဆောင်ပုဒ်အတိုင်း မြန်မာရွှေ့ပြောင်းလုပ်သားတိုင်းဟာ လုံခြုံမှုရှိသောပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် လူ့ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာနှင့်အညီ ဥပဒေဘောင်အတွင်း လုံခြုံစွာအသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းနိုင်ရန် အခွင့်အရေးရှိကြောင်းဖော်ပြရင်း ဒီနေ့အခါသမယမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့တစ်ဦးချင်းစီက လူမှုရေးတရားမျှတမှုကို အတူတကွ မျှဝေထောက်ခံခြင်း၊
အသိပညာမျှဝေခြင်းနှင့်အခွင့်အရေးတန်းတူညီမျှမှုကို အားပေးခြင်းတို့မှတဆင့် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းတစ်ခုကို အတူတကွ ဖန်တီးနိုင်ကြပါစေကြောင်း ဆုမွန်ကောင်း တောင်းအပ်ပါသည်။

Social justice means ensuring that everyone, without discrimination, has equal access to education, employment, healthcare, and justice under the law. However, in today’s world, inequalities, hardships, and discrimination still persist for many people.
To raise awareness of these ongoing injustices, World Day of Social Justice has been established by the United Nations to promote social justice, human rights, and equality at the global level.
The key focus areas of this day include:
• Poverty Reduction
• Decent Work for All
• Social Inclusion & Equality
• Human Rights Protection
These priorities strongly align with the core mission of the Yuva Platform. We are committed to supporting vulnerable and marginalized communities, especially migrant workers—particularly Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand.
In particular, for Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand, the following are essential:
🔹 Access to Information
🔹 Legal Protection
🔹 Human Dignity & Rights
In line with the principle that “everyone deserves equal rights without discrimination,” we believe that all Myanmar migrant workers should have the opportunity to live and work safely, with dignity, and within legal protection.
On this meaningful day, may each of us come together to support social justice, share knowledge, and promote equality, so that we can build a more just and inclusive society for all.
