ขอเชิญร่วมวงเสวนาที่เปิดพื้นที่ให้ทุกคนได้ร่วมพูดคุย แลกเปลี่ยน และทำความเข้าใจต่อความท้าทายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในจังหวัดเชียงราย ที่กำลังส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้คน ทั้งในมิติของน้ำ อากาศ ทางอาหาร และคน

ภายในงานจะมีการแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองจากหลากหลายภาคส่วน ทั้งนักวิชาการ และนักศึกษา เพื่อร่วมกันสะท้อน “สาเหตุ-ผลกระทบ-ทางออก” อย่างรอบด้าน

ครอบคลุมทั้งมิติสิ่งแวดล้อม เศรษฐกิจ และสังคม พร้อมเปิดพื้นที่ให้เสียงจากผู้ได้รับผลกระทบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเกษตรกร ชุมชน และผู้ประกอบการ ได้ร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ และเชื่อมโยงสู่แนวทางแก้ไขอย่างยั่งยืน

“From Northern Winds to the Mekong Flows”

You are warmly invited to join a public forum that opens space for everyone to engage in dialogue, exchange perspectives, and deepen understanding of the environmental challenges in Chiang Rai.

These challenges are increasingly affecting people’s quality of life across multiple dimensions—water, air, food security, and human well-being. The forum will bring together diverse voices including academics and students.

To collectively reflect on the “causes, impacts, and possible solutions” from environmental, economic, and social perspectives Importantly, the event will also amplify voices from those directly affected including farmers, local communities, and entrepreneurs who will share their lived experiences and connect them to more sustainable solutions.

เมื่อวันที่ 22 มีนาคม 2569 เนื่องในวันน้ำโลก ชมรมของเราได้เข้าร่วมจัดบูธให้ความรู้ และทำกิจกรรมสำรวจความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ภายในงาน “มหกรรมประชาชนปกป้องแม่น้ำกก สาย รวก โขง สาละวิน”

แล้ว “น้ำ” เกี่ยวอะไรกับชมรมสิทธิมนุษยชน? เพราะสิทธิในการได้อยู่ในสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีและปลอดภัย คือหนึ่งในสิทธิมนุษยชนขั้นพื้นฐาน น้ำจึงไม่ใช่แค่ทรัพยากร แต่คือคุณภาพชีวิต สุขภาพ และศักดิ์ศรีของมนุษย์ทุกคน

On March 22, 2026, in observance of World Water Day, our club participated in setting up an informational booth and conducting a public opinion survey at the event “People’s Festival to Protect the Kok, Sai, Ruak, Mekong, and Salween Rivers.”

So, what does “water” have to do with a human rights club? The right to live in a clean and safe environment is a fundamental human right. Water, therefore, is not merely a natural resource—it is essential to quality of life, health, and human dignity for everyone.

On 25 March 2026, Panalee Boonrat, Vice President of the MFU Human Rights Club, proudly represented Thailand as a panelist in the session titled “Mekong–Lancang Youth Leadership: Empowering the Next Decade of Cooperation” during Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Week 2026.

Co-organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand in collaboration with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Thailand, MLC Week 2026 served as both a commemorative and forward-looking platform. Its primary goal was to raise public and cross-sector awareness of the MLC while showcasing its tangible achievements to date.

Joining youth representatives from China and Laos, Ms. Panalee Boonrat advocated for community empowerment, environmental justice, and a sustainable future for our shared rivers. She concluded, “I believe change does not start from something big, but from connection. Youth can be the bridge that connects people to the future—to the Mekong River.”

As an integral part of the Mekong-Lancang region, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) has not only initiated cross-border cooperation to address shared challenges, but also remains steadfast in its commitment to cultivating global citizens. MFU is dedicated to fostering well-being and a sustainable future by nurturing students equipped with global awareness, a profound sense of environmental responsibility, and a strong commitment to contributing to society.

In many parts of the world, nationality is something people are simply born with. But for others, it is a question that shapes their identity, their rights, and even their future. Through this film and discussion, we invite everyone to reflect on what it means to belong, to be recognized, and to live within — or outside — the boundaries of legal identity.

This event is more than just a film screening. It is a space for listening, sharing perspectives, and engaging in meaningful conversations about human rights, nationality, and the experiences of those who are often seen as “the other” in society.

Because sometimes, understanding the world begins with simply watching a story together.

เรื่องย่อ🎬
ยูตะกับโคเป็นเพื่อนรักที่กำลังจะจบมัธยมปลาย ในโตเกียวแห่งอนาคตอันใกล้ที่ผู้คนใช้ชีวิตท่ามกลางความหวาดกลัวแผ่นดินไหวครั้งใหญ่ คืนหนึ่ง ทั้งสองก่อเรื่องแกล้งครูใหญ่ จนนำไปสู่การที่ครูใหญ่สั่งให้ติดตั้งระบบเฝ้าระวังทั่วโรงเรียน

ท่ามกลางระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยที่กดดัน และสถานการณ์การเมืองที่เลวร้ายลง โคเริ่มรู้สึกอึดอัดกับโลกใบนี้ ขณะที่ยูตะกลับดูเหมือนไม่รับรู้อะไรเลย

แล้ววันหนึ่ง โคก็ได้พบกับนักกิจกรรมผู้มีอุดมการณ์และเข้าใจตน จิตสำนึกทางการเมืองของเขาจึงเบ่งบาน และด้วยความคิดที่ว่ายูตะคงไม่มีวันเข้าใจความสนใจใหม่ของตน โคจึงเริ่มหลีกเลี่ยงเพื่อนรัก ซึ่งนี่เป็นครั้งแรกในมิตรภาพตลอดชีวิตของทั้งคู่ที่พวกเขาต้องเผชิญหน้ากับความแตกต่างซึ่งไม่เคยมีฝ่ายไหนกล้าแสดงออกมาก่อน
