On behalf of the Disciple Escoffier Thailand members, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to The St. Regis Bangkok for hosting the incredible 10-Hand Disciples Escoffier Dinner on March 6th. It was a true honor to be part of such a remarkable evening, where culinary excellence and creativity came together to create an unforgettable experience for all.

We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to collaborate with the talented Chef Matteo Fontana and the amazing team at The St. Regis, and we deeply appreciate the warm hospitality and seamless coordination that made the event a success.

A heartfelt thank you to L'Envol Art Space by Arnaud Nazare-Aga for his generous support in offering two exceptional art pieces, and to the generous donors who helped us raise over 180,000 THB through auction sales at the Escoffier Charity Dinner 2024.

The funds raised will directly support the efforts of Nat Association in aiding families affected by the 2004 tsunami in Thailand. On this day, the 20th anniversary of that devastating tragedy, we honor the memories of those lost and reaffirm our commitment to assisting the communities still affected. Together, we strive to bring awareness and funding to this meaningful project.

A sincere thank you to H.E. Mr. Jean-Claude Poimboeuf, Ambassador of France to Thailand, for opening his residence for our 2024 Charity Dinner. We were delighted to welcome both His Excellency and Khunying Patama Leeswadtrakul as new members of the Escoffier family.

A big thank you to all Escoffier members, friends, and family for coming together on December 12th. It was a wonderful evening filled with delicious food, drinks, and music in support of a great cause.
