The Special Committee on LGBTQIA+ Affairs proudly supports Proposed Ordinance No. PO23-CC5M233, otherwise known as the "𝑄𝑢𝑒𝑧𝑜𝑛 𝐶𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑄𝑢𝑒𝑒𝑟 𝐶𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝐶𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑂𝑟𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒". By empowering LGBTQIA+ artists, cultural workers, and creative practitioners, this proposed ordinance recognizes their invaluable contributions and reinforces Quezon City's commitment to promoting and supporting the vital role of art, culture, heritage, and creative expression in advancing human rights, gender equality, diversity, social inclusion, and sustainable development.
