โตเกียวปลดประจำการทางด่วนยกระดับใจกลางเมืองและกำลังกลายเป็น "สวนสาธารณะลอยฟ้า" ยาว 2 กิโลเมตร — เมืองที่ให้ค่าคนเดินมากกว่ารถยนต์

ทางด่วน KK Line รับรถวันละ 25,000 คันนานกว่า 60 ปี เมษายน 2025 ปลดระวาง กลายเป็น Tokyo Sky Corridor ทางเดินสีเขียวสูง 8.5 เมตร รถย้ายลงอุโมงค์ใต้ดิน ทางด่วนเดิมที่พาดผ่านหลังคาอาคาร 14 หลัง ผู้เช่า 380 ราย — เมื่อรถหายไป พื้นที่ทั้งเส้นเป็นของคนเดิน

โตเกียวประกาศเปลี่ยนจาก "รถเป็นศูนย์กลาง" เป็น "คนเป็นศูนย์กลาง" การพลิกโฉมที่โลกจับตา ย้ายรถออกจากถนนแล้วขุดอุโมงค์แทน เมืองที่เข้าใจว่าพื้นที่สาธารณะมีไว้เพื่อผู้คน ไม่ใช่เครื่องจักร

อยากเห็นไทยมีแนวคิด มีความกล้าเปลี่ยนแบบนี้บ้าง เมืองคงน่าอยู่ขึ้นมากเนอะ!

"Turning an Expressway into a Public Park — Sugoi!"

Tokyo decommissioned its elevated expressway in the heart of the city and it's becoming a 2-km "sky park" — a city that values walkers over cars.

The KK Line carried 25,000 cars a day for 60+ years. In April 2025, it was decommissioned and became the Tokyo Sky Corridor, a green walkway 8.5 m high, with cars moved into underground tunnels. The old expressway once passed over the rooftops of 14 buildings with 380 tenants — now that the cars are gone, the whole stretch belongs to walkers.

Tokyo has announced the shift from "car-centric" to "people-centric" — a transformation the world is watching. Move the cars off the streets and dig tunnels instead. A city that understands public space is for people, not machines.

I want to see Thailand 🇹🇭 have the courage to change like this too — our cities would be so much more livable, right?

"อย่าลืมออกกำลังกายกันนะครับ"

จากข่าวเรย์ แมคโดนัลด์ อายุแค่เพียง 49 ปี ดูยังไงก็เป็นคนแข็งแรง แต่กลับเสียชีวิตเพราะเส้นเลือดหัวใจตีบ ตกใจพอควร เพราะติดตามงานเรย์มาตลอดครับ

เมื่อ 10 กว่าปีที่แล้วร่างกายผมส่งสัญญาณไม่ดีนัก โชคดีที่ผมค่อยๆ บังคับตัวเองออกกำลังกาย จนกลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิตประจำวัน

ข้อมูลสุขภาพคนไทยน่าห่วง คนไทยอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป น้อยกว่าครึ่งที่ออกกำลังกายสม่ำเสมอ โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง (NCD) คร่าชีวิตราว 400,000 รายต่อปี คิดเป็น 74% ของการเสียชีวิตทั้งหมด

อย่าลืมออกกำลังกายกันนะครับ เพื่อตัวคุณและคนรอบๆ ข้างคุณเอง

Ray McDonald died at just 49 — fit and strong-looking — from a blocked coronary artery. It shook me; I've followed his work for years.

More than 10 years ago, my body sent me warning signs. I slowly pushed myself to exercise until it became part of my daily life.

Thailand's health data is worrying: fewer than half of Thais 15+ exercise regularly, and NCDs claim ~400,000 lives a year — 74% of all deaths.

"ป้ายรถเมล์อยู่กลางถนน"🤔

เรื่องแปลกเกิดขึ้นได้ แต่ในสุดท้ายแล้ว ความผิดพลาดเกิดขึ้นได้เสมอ
สำคัญกว่า คือความผิดพลาดแล้วรับฟัง แล้วหาแนวทางแก้ไขให้ดีกว่าเดิม

สำคัญที่สุดคือภาคประชาชน ที่ต้องส่งเสียงอย่างแข็งแรง

เรื่องมันก็มีง่ายๆ เท่านี้ครับ

"สถิติการใช้ปืนและข้อมูลการถือครอง"
จากเหตุยิงนายก อบจ.นนทบุรี นายกฯ อนุทินสั่งรื้อ พ.ร.บ.อาวุธปืนครั้งใหญ่ พร้อมมาตรการคุมเข้ม — ตัวเลขปืนถูกจับตามองอีกครั้ง มาดู 3 เรื่องกัน:
1️⃣ ไทยครองอันดับหนึ่งของอาเซียน อันดับสิบสามของโลก ตามข้อมูล Small Arms Survey
2️⃣ ช่องว่างของกฎหมาย — ไทยควบคุมการออกใบอนุญาตค่อนข้างเข้ม แต่ไม่มีการทบทวนความเหมาะสมของผู้ถือปืน ทั้งสุขภาพจิต พฤติกรรม หรือประวัติใช้ความรุนแรง
3️⃣ มาตรฐานโลก — หลายประเทศห้ามพลเรือนถือครองปืนทุกกรณี เช่น ญี่ปุ่น🇯🇵 คุมเข้มที่สุด ต้องตรวจสุขภาพ สอบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อนบ้าน, ในขณะที่อเมริกา🇺🇸 ยึดถือปืนคือสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐาน อัตราถือครองสูงถึง 120.5 กระบอกต่อประชากร 100 คน

สำหรับผมคิดว่า ปืนอยู่ในมือคนร้ายก็เป็นปืนผู้ร้าย-ทำร้ายคน อยู่ในมือคนดีก็เป็นปืนผู้ดี-ช่วยคนได้ — ต้นเหตุคือการบังคับใช้กฏหมายที่เข้มข้น จริงจัง ตรงไปตรงมา เหมือนกับทุกๆ เรื่องครับ

After the Nonthaburi PAO president shooting, PM Anutin ordered a major Fi****ms Act overhaul with strict measures — gun numbers are in the spotlight again. Let's look at 3 things:
1️⃣ Thailand ranks first in ASEAN and 13th in the world, according to Small Arms Survey data
2️⃣ A gap in the law — Thailand issues licenses fairly strictly, but once granted, there is no review of whether the holder is still suitable — no checks on mental health, behavior, or violence history
3️⃣ World standards — many countries ban civilian gun ownership outright, like Japan 🇯🇵, the strictest: health checks and neighbor interviews. America 🇺🇸, meanwhile, treats the gun as a fundamental right — ownership reaches 120.5 guns per 100 people

For me, a gun in a criminal's hands harms people; a gun in a good person's hands helps people — the root cause is strict, serious, straightforward law enforcement, like everything else.

"สิงคโปร์พิสูจน์แล้ว: โครงสร้างดี 99.5% Freedom คือก้าวต่อไป"

ค้นเจอรายงานจากสิงคโปร์ 🇸🇬 น่าสนใจมาก... "Disability Trends Report 2024" จากกระทรวงพัฒนาสังคมและครอบครัว (MSF)

ตัวเลขที่ต้องชม: อัตราการจ้างงานคนพิการขยับจาก 28.2% เป็น 32.7% (ปี 2018/19 ถึง 2022/23) และตั้งเป้า 40% ในปี 2030

รายได้ตรงกลางพุ่งจาก 2,630 ดอลลาร์สิงคโปร์ (ประมาณ 68,000 บาท) เป็น 4,242 ดอลลาร์สิงคโปร์ (ประมาณ 110,000 บาท) ต่อเดือน โต 61% ขณะที่คนทั่วไปโตแค่ 18%

คุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการดีขึ้นจาก 53.8 เป็น 56.2 คะแนน (เต็ม 100) พื้นที่สาธารณะเข้าถึงได้ 99.5%

แต่ยังมีความท้าทายที่ต้องยอมรับ ทัศนคติคนมองบวกต่อคนพิการลดลงจาก 76.8% เหลือ 68.9% โดยเฉพาะในที่ทำงานที่ต่ำสุดแค่ 50.6%

จุดที่น่าสนใจที่สุด: การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์จริงเปลี่ยนใจคนได้จริง ทัศนคติบวกต่อคนออทิสติกพุ่งจาก 51.2% เป็น 66.7% เพียงเพราะรู้จักคนออทิสติกเป็นการส่วนตัว

โครงสร้างเข้าถึงได้ 99.5% แล้ว เมืองที่น่าอยู่ไม่ใช่แค่ทางลาด กระเบื้องนำทาง หรือตัวเลขสวยๆ แต่คือสังคมที่ทุกคนมีที่ยืนเท่าเทียม Freedom ที่แท้จริงคือหัวใจเรานั่นเองครับ

"Singapore Proves It: 99.5% Good Infrastructure - Freedom Is the Next Step"

I found Singapore 🇸🇬's Disability Trends Report 2024 fascinating — from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), among the most complete disability datasets in the region.

The wins: employment among people with disabilities rose from 28.2% to 32.7% (2018/19 to 2022/23), aiming for 40% by 2030.

Median income jumped from 2,630 to 4,242 SGD monthly — up 61%, vs. 18% for others.

Quality of life rose from 53.8 to 56.2 (of 100). Public spaces are 99.5% accessible.

Honest challenges: positive attitudes toward people with disabilities fell from 76.8% to 68.9% — lowest at work, 50.6%.

Most striking: personal contact is associated with changed hearts. Positive attitudes toward autistic people jumped from 51.2% to 66.7% among those who know someone autistic.

Infrastructure is 99.5% accessible. But a livable city isn't just ramps and tactile paving — it's a society where everyone stands equal. True Freedom lives in our hearts.

สังคมเรามีสิ่งปลุกเร้ามากมาย ในที่่สุดแล้วหากตัวเราแข็งแรง ไม่ว่าอะไรเข้ามา เราก็จะจัดการได้ไม่ยาก

4 ปีที่แล้ว ในวันฝนตกพรำๆ ผมได้เจอน้องคนรุ่นใหม่คนนี้ ในวันฝนตกพรำๆ แค่ทำถามก็ฮีลใจที่สุดแล้ว

ทุกสังคมมีทั้งจุดด้อยและจุดเด่น สิ่งที่เราต้องมีคือความหวังและช่วยกันสร้างสังคมรอบๆ ตัวให้มีแต่เรื่องดีๆ ครับ

ผมเข้าไปพูดคุยกับผู้บริหารของฟู๊ดแลนด์ และขอให้สร้างสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกฯ
ที่จอดรถคนพิการ, ห้องน้ำคนพิการรวมถึงการปรับสภาพแวดล้อมรอบบริเวณ

ไม่นานเลย "ฟู๊ดแลนด์ทุกสาขาทั่วประเทศ" ก็จัดการได้เรียบร้อย

I talk with Foodland’s management team and asked them to improve accessibility facilities for people with disabilities.
These included accessible parking spaces, accessible restrooms, and improvements to the surrounding environment to make it more accessible.

It didn’t take long before Foodland had implemented these improvements at "all of its branches nationwide."
