1967 – Founding in Vientiane
Lodge Lane Xang 1632 was consecrated in Vientiane, Laos, marking the beginning of its distinguished journey in Freemasonry under the Scottish Constitution.
1976 – A Period of Darkness
In the wake of political upheaval and the establishment of a communist government in Laos, the lodge was compelled to cease its activities, entering a prolo
nged period of darkness.
2000 – Rebirth in Bangkok
After more than two decades of silence, Lodge Lane Xang 1632 was revived in Bangkok, Thailand. This reestablishment signaled a new era of Masonic light, continuing its legacy in a new land. Present – Continuing the Legacy
Today, Lodge Lane Xang 1632 remains steadfast in its commitment to the principles and traditions of Scottish Freemasonry. As one of the active Scottish lodges in Thailand, it continues to promote brotherhood, moral integrity, and the timeless values of the Craft.
