Ideas change people. People change the world. That’s what every TEDxThonglor talk is here to do, and it’s what this team helps make possible.

We’re looking for people to shape how our talks look on stage, and to capture them so the ideas reach far beyond the room.

The roles:
Stage & Screen Lead and Creatives — the visual side of each talk

Show Director and Video Director — the flow of the live show and how it’s filmed

Videographers and Photographers — capturing the day

Video Editors — turning each talk into a polished video that lets the idea shine

We’re looking for two volunteer leaders to join the TEDxThonglor & TEDxThonglorPlay team.

• Events & Operations Lead
• People & Team Lead

These are volunteer leadership roles running from now through July 2027, and we hope you’ll stay much longer. Many people who join TEDx teams end up staying for years because of the friendships, purpose, and fulfillment they find along the way.

We’re looking for people who believe ideas can change lives and who want to help create meaningful experiences that inspire positive change.

We’re especially looking for people who:
• Have leadership experience or strong leadership potential
• Take initiative and follow through on commitments
• Are dependable, responsive, and enjoy working with others
• Want to contribute to something bigger than themselves

Our team meets twice a month, with additional meetings during busier periods, so we’re looking for people who can commit consistently and be fully present.
