We’re building the next team.

And we’re looking for a very specific kind of person.

This is not just a volunteer experience.
It requires a certain kind of person.

The people who thrive here are:

– Problem-solvers (they bring solutions, not problems)
– Highly conscientious (they follow through, even when life gets busy)
– Responsive and communicative (because things move fast)
– Adaptable (they adjust quickly when things change)
– Entrepreneurial in mindset (they think, take ownership, and build)
– High standards (they value excellence and care about doing things well)

But more than anything—

They care.

They care about the quality of what we’re building.

They care about people.
They care about impact.
They care enough to take responsibility and see things through.

That’s the common denominator.

This is also a long-term commitment.
We’re building over the next 1–1.5 years.
