Experiential Education for Disability & Neurodivergence | Inclusive experiential education recognizes diverse ways of sensing, processing, and engaging with the world. This strand focuses on designing strengths-based, accessible, and affirming learning experiences for people with disabilities and neurodivergent learners. Workshops may explore universal design principles, adaptive facilitation strategies, sensory-informed practice, and co-creation approaches that centre agency, dignity, and belonging. There is increasing data that suggests that a wide range of experiential practices - creative community and expressive arts, outdoor learning and other experiential methods have aided tremendously in building confidence, sense of community and belonging and various skills
