🎗️ In the fight against HIV, Cambodia has reached the 95-95-95 targets set by UNAIDS!
🇰🇭🇫🇷 Behind this achievement lie more than twenty years of political commitment, an exceptional mobilisation of organisations and communities, and the support of international partners, including L'Initiative – Expertise France, which supports the country in strengthening its health system and improving access to prevention and care services for the most vulnerable populations.
L'Initiative is proud to have contributed to this momentum.
In 2025 alone in Cambodia, its projects have made it possible to:
🎓 train 336 health professionals,
🏥 strengthen 235 health facilities,
🎯 reach 20,000 people benefiting from health services.

Organized by APCASO under the Regional Gender Justice and Sexual Rights Initiative (REGENERATE), the 2nd Leadership & Learning Institute, held fromJune 21 to 26, 2026 in Hanoi, Viet Nam, brought together 37 civil society and community advocates from across the Asia-Pacific region, all working at the intersection of HIV, TB, malaria, gender justice, and sexual rights, for learning, honest conversation, and movement building.

The reform of global health architecture is already underway and the decisions being made right now will shape health systems, funding, and governance for years to come.

Civil society and communities impacted by health inequities must have a voice in shaping what comes next.

Over the last 10 months, HEAR CSO has been building a civil society vision for this moment. Now we're developing our action plan for the next 12 months and we want to make sure it reflects what YOU need to engage in these processes effectively.

We know our work will be strongest when it reflects a collective vision. That starts with hearing from you.

We want to know:
