Plan International Thailand ได้จัดการอบรม Emergency Response Team (ERT) Training เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพบุคลากรในการเตรียมความพร้อมและตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน โดยได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านมนุษยธรรมระดับภูมิภาคของ Plan International Asia Pacific
ตลอด 4 วัน ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ ตั้งแต่มาตรฐานการช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรม (Core Humanitarian Standards) การประเมินความต้องการเร่งด่วน การบริหารจัดการภาวะฉุกเฉิน การจัดการข้อมูล ความปลอดภัย การคุ้มครองเด็กและความเท่าเทียมทางเพศในภาวะฉุกเฉิน ตลอดจนการจำลองสถานการณ์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการปฏิบัติงานจริง

Preparedness is the foundation of effective humanitarian response.
Plan International Thailand recently convened its Emergency Response Team (ERT) Training, bringing together staff from across the country to strengthen emergency preparedness and response capacities with support from humanitarian experts from Plan International Asia Pacific.
Over four days, participants engaged in intensive learning and practical simulations covering humanitarian standards, rapid needs assessments, emergency response management, information management, accountability mechanisms, logistics and procurement, cash assistance, safeguarding, child protection and gender in emergencies, and community-centered response approaches.
By investing in people, knowledge, and readiness, we are strengthening our ability to deliver timely, accountable, and high-quality support for children, young people, and communities affected by crises.
