โครงการดำเนินงานโดย องค์การแพลน อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล ประเทศไทย 🤝 เพื่อสนับสนุนเยาวชนให้พัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพและก้าวสู่โลกการทำงานอย่างมั่นใจ

ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาประกอบด้วย:

🎓✨ Congratulations to the 43 youth participants of Batch 4 who have successfully completed their short-course training under the Youth Employability Project by Standard Chartered Foundation. 💼

Implemented by Plan International Thailand 🤝, the project aims to equip young people with practical vocational skills and prepare them for successful transitions into the workforce.

Graduates include:
☕ 28 participants from the Beverage and Service Program, Hotel Department, Chiang Rai Vocational College
🏨 15 participants from the Beverage, Food and Service Program, Hotel Department, Chiang Mai Vocational College

Certificates were presented by distinguished guests, including:

ภายใต้โครงการ TUI Academy Thailand และโครงการเพิ่มทักษะด้านอาชีพแก่นักเรียนที่ไม่ได้เรียนต่อหลังจบการศึกษาภาคบังคับ 📚

ซึ่งดำเนินงานร่วมกันโดย:

More than 30 representatives from hotels and tourism businesses across Phuket 🏨
joined the seminar:
“Building Awareness and Strengthening Collaboration with Tourism Businesses to Support Youth Development” ✨

The event was held under the TUI Academy Thailand project and the Vocational Skills Development Program for Youth Who Do Not Continue Formal Education 📚

Implemented through the collaboration of:
• Plan International Thailand 🤝
• Phuket Institute for Skill Development 21 🎓

The project was also honoured to welcome representatives from TUI Destination Experiences Thailand 🌍
who shared valuable perspectives and reinforced the importance of collaboration between the private sector and youth development initiatives

In addition, six youth representatives from Cohort 1 🌱
joined the event to learn, exchange experiences, and engage directly with participating businesses ✨

The seminar took place on 13 May 2026 📅
at Dara Hotel, Phuket 🌴

Throughout the event, participants exchanged ideas, experiences, and built partnerships between businesses and related agencies 💬
to further support:
• Youth skills development 📚
• Real-world work experience 💼

• Labour laws and youth protection by the Phuket Labour Protection and Welfare Office ⚖️

at Euang Kham Conference Hall, Chiang Rai Vocational College 🎓

The workshop welcomed 41 youth participants 👥 from:

The activity brought together industry professionals and leading businesses 🌟 to share real-world experiences and strengthen essential workplace skills, including:

Wrapped up on a high note 🎉 with the completion of the “Life Skills for Employment” 💼 and “Basic English Communication” 🇬🇧 courses for Cohort 1 youth in Phang Nga and Phuket 🌴

These courses are part of the Youth Empowerment in Tourism Project ✨ (TUI Academy Thailand)

Over nearly two months ⏳, participants have continuously built and strengthened key skills 📚, including:
• Self-management 🧠
• Teamwork 🤝
• A strong service mindset 💛
• Practical English communication in hospitality settings 🏨
- Communicating with colleagues 👥
- Assisting and serving guests 😊

The program focused on helping youth communicate in basic English with confidence and effectiveness 💬✨

With the courses now completed, all participants are ready to take the next step into their vocational training journey 🚀
