We had a great meeting on March 14th, 2025.

Our distinguished guest shared with us that receiving is something good but it's the best to learn to give. We also listened to the way to engage team members and create unity among the team by the art of giving.

We were shared that we can show our appreciation for someone whom we care by just using a small & meaningful way, but still very effective.

We were shared that we could celebrate special occasions for our loved ones by just showing them the love and appreciation through a lovely gesture. It can help nurture the good relationship already without the need to buy expensive items.

We were shared that a lovely family and a happy life can really happen when a couple are sincere to each other.

We also learned that it is the best to keep calm to resolve any issues when something went wrong rather than complaining with emotion and losing efficiency to tackle a problem.

We were shared about the basic learning skills needed to obtain any foreign languages.

We were reminded that medical check up is very important to detect the early sign of a disease and reduce the risk of its development.

We listened to an interesting climate theory about how to make the world greener.

We had a great meeting on January 24th, 2025.

We listened to a very touching story about the way to take care of a family by going so far as to work abroad for higher income and endure any difficulties with the hope to secure a better future for the family. We were also reminded that it's very important to manage our emotions to avoid hurting our loved ones.

We were shared about effective ways to cultivate peace in our lives.

We listened to the story about life long learning that becomes the core value of our distinguished member. His story ensures us that Fun For Friday is the perfect place for those with growth mindset.

Our lovely guest kindly shared with us that meeting people from different cultures is very enriching. Good relationship across country bounderies can always happen regardless of the difference in culture, religion or politics. She also shared with us how to unlock our potential and pursue our dreams.

We also learned about the strategic problem-solving techniques used in IT processes, which can serve as valuable wisdom in our personal lives. By breaking down complex problems into smaller, manageable parts, we can effectively tackle challenges and find solutions step by step.

Lastly, we were reminded of the value of learning from the experiences of successful individuals. Observing and adopting their strategies is an effective way to gain knowledge and grow both personally and professionally.

We had a great meeting on January 10th, 2025.

We were shared about wonderful new year resolutions. One of them is to achieve higher level of communication and speaking skills. Our club is very glad to hear that and happy to support the wish.

Our distinguished guest kindly shared with us his impressive story when he stood by his friend during the most difficult time of the friend who finally could be resilient successfully. A friend in need is a friend indeed.

We were reminded that taking enough rest during the festive holidays was the best way to celebrate for diligent people who worked very hard even on new year's eve.

We were shared that it requires determination and self-discipline to have a healthy body.

We learned that we could achieve any new year resolution by applying "SMART goal" principle into our plans and actions.

We were reminded that anyone can overcome the fear of public speaking by practising it regularly.

We learned the ways to love ourselves by doing 3 things. 1) Do not define oueselves with some mistakes 2) Accept that imperfection is normal 3) Do not criticize ourselves and others because it will send negative messages into our minds.

We had a great meeting on December 6th, 2024.

We listened to a lovely story of a father whose happiness is about seeing his child come back home during holidays. Happy festivals are coming and many families are waiting for their children at home to reunite again.

We were shared that the most impressive teachings of a father to his son are in the ways that he did and not just his words.

We were shared that it's very important to guide our children to live their lives with good values and personal skills so that they will become good members of societies and stand firmly on their own legs when they grow up.

Another point of view of a father. His children would be allowed to face life's challenges that teach them to be wise and strong. He is very happy to see his children be able to look after themselves when they grow up.

We listened to a very creative idea of a father about the career path that he would suggest his child to work in.

We listened to a story that gives strength to our spirits. We learned how to end the compare and despair cycle.

We listened to a touching story of a father who has never given up with his children. We learned not only about the successful progresses of his children but also the golden hearts and mental strength of the parents. The story inspired us not to give up even on the days without any light at the end of the tunnel.

We were shared about how to manage our anger. Anger could destroy many good things in our lives e.g. our health, respectation from others and relationship.

We had a great meeting on November 22nd, 2024.

Our guest kindly shared with us that the feeling of regret is an important part of our lives. It helps us learn more in many aspects and learn not to do it again. With the experience of regret, we become stronger and smarter.

Our DTM kindly shared with us the experience to deal with a scammer whose email was very convincing. We learnt to be more careful about the information sent to us via any channel, especially via social media.

We were reminded that it's very important to always check the quality of goods that we bought in the 1st place to make sure that the goods work well as promised.

We heard a story about how an MLM organization invited their prospective customers to buy their products.

We were shared that filing a lawsuit was inevitable if the other party intentionally fails to fulfill its obligation.

We listened to a story of how to obtain a new skill. 1. Find the expert of the matter who could teach you (also can be a book or effective contents on social media) 2. Focus on what you want to achieve. 3. Do it professionally so that you could become a professional.

We learnt that making mistake is not a bad thing. If we didn't learn from our mistake, there will be so many things wrong in the world and many inventions will never happen. Whenever we make mistake, don't give up, don't give in, don't lose hope. Instead, learn and use them to move on.

We were shared that it's much easier to find the more acculate renovation cost by multiplying our budget on paper by 2 to ensure the budget coverage.

We had a great meeting on September 13th, 2024.

We learnt that organizing things is one of the ways to help us work effectively and get closer to success.

We heard an impressive story of a dad who is the 1st teacher for his lovely children ❤❤

We heard a convincing speech to motivate those who are afraid of swimming to try jumping into water and learning how to swim.

We kept the ultimate purpose of Toastmasters club in mind and got to know more details about the real meaning of "personal growth" that could create the positive social impact.

We were shared that we could immensely improve ourselves and learnt a lot during hard times.

We had a great meeting on August 23rd, 2024.

Our guest kindly shared with us the challenging experience to enter into discomfort zones so as to successfully obtain new skills .

Our DTM kindly shared with us the experience to visit exciting places where the height could make hearts pound loudly.

We were shared that it's difficult to let go the worry about social problems. However, we could partially solve the problems by focusing on the controllable part and let go the uncontrollable part that hopefully could be resolved by itself when situations change.

We heard about the love and care of a family man who is always supportive to his family with the effective plan to help them thrive👍

We were shared about the important things for people LOVE, GOOD HEALTH and MONEY
"Love takes care of our heart, Good health takes care of our body, Money takes care of our materials."

We listened to the valuable advice that having a coach who helps with finding blind spots is very significant for those who want to enhance their abilities and become the winner of the game they play. ✌

We had a great meeting on August 9th, 2024.

Our guest and our DTM kindly shared with us the very heartwarming speeches about the greatest loves of mothers to remark the celebration of Mother's Day festival in August.

We shared our points of view that Olympic games is the venue to showcase the strong determination and self-discipline of sport players e.g. successful boxers. We also totally agreed that following rules of games is very important to create trust and respect.

We learnt from a wonderful speech about the art of memorization "MEMORY PALACE" that could help us remember important details effectively.

We heard a story about adventures that were very exciting and full of fun !!!

We had a great meeting on June 28th, 2024.

Oue special guest has kindly provided an inspirational speech that failure is a tiny little step towards a success.

We were shared about the undeniable reasons why listening is the most important skill if we want to learn and improve ourselves.

We learnt that passion is the absolute power to keep us motivated.

We learnt that making decision for the chance to create the big change in life is the most difficult when only you could find the opportunity in a risk while others couldn't see it. Opportunities do not come to those who dare not take any risks.

As life-long learners, we learnt the ways to overcome boredom. 1) keep polishing easy skills that are required to develop more difficult skills or else you may lose them 2) if new skills are too difficult, break them down into small bits 3) bundle together the learning processes with some rewards.

We were reminded that ego is our biggest enemy which can damage the chance to succeed in life. Comparing with animals e.g. ants, they work hard without ego to serve each other.

We were shared about the wonderful methods to evaluate speeches.

We had a great meeting on June 14th, 2024.

We learnt about the importance of environment and the imagination about a doomsday can become real if we don't love the earth in way we love ourselves.

We heard about a wonderful story that encouraged us to deploy intellectual humility when we have to work with people especially high level people from different countries.

We learnt about the brave heart of a little girl who loves education more than her life. Her story cheers up people around the world who see things "impossible" to become "I'm possible" 👍🥳

We had a great meeting on May 24th, 2024.

We learnt about the safest place on a plane and learnt more about clear air turbulance.

We agreed that joining online meetings of Fun For Friday Toastmasters club could help reduce global warming.

We heard about how a wonderful skill was developed. We were encouraged to take an action or "just do it" to start creating a new skill today and stop worrying if we could do it or not in the future.

We heard about how a beautiful dress could make a party more interesting and worth remembering.

We learnt about the right choice of investment for young people.

We were impressed with how encouraging words could make someone become a great public speaker who helps a society to become a wonderful place through the inspirational speeches.

We were shared that cold season is the best one. However, we agreed that hot season is the main season in Thailand.

We were shared that life is not what we think about it but it's what we make a decision and make it happen.

We listened to a speech of food for thought that everything changes all the time including social behavior.
