ปล่อย นิยาม การรับรู้การมีชีวิต ความหมายของชีวิตที่ดีในขณะที่ยังอยู่ ก่อน ตาย หรือ เราอาจจะกำลังนิยามให้ตนเองหลีกเลี่ยง บางอย่าง ให้ได้มากที่สุด ถ้าหาก ความตายเป็นเวลา ระหว่างลมหายใจ ความฝัน การดำเนินไปข้างหน้า ในขณะเดียวกัน มนุษย์รับรู้ ทั้งการปล่อยวาง และ เรียนรู้ที่จะตั้งคำถาม หาความหมาย ความย้อนแย้ง ในชั่วขณะเดียวกัน ผ่านการสูญเสีย สิ่งแทนค่า จากการกระทำ เหตุการณ์ การหนี หรือ ยื้อ ที่ห้อมล้อมไปความเข้าใจมากที่จะสามารถ ไม่เข้าใจไปพร้อม ๆ กัน ความตายอาจะอยู่ได้หลายรูปแบบ โดยเฉพาะ ความรัก เกลียด ความกลัว ข้อบกพร่อง และ ความรู้สึกผิดพลาดต่อ คุณค่า บุคคล ตนเอง สิ่งมีชีวิต สิ่งที่รัก และ ไล่ล่าบางอย่างที่แบกไว้ เพื่อ ปล่อย
