🌱 Leading with Trust: Creating Psychological Safety at Work 🤝

At Millennium Hilton Bangkok, we organized the “Leading with Trust: Creating Psychological Safety at Work” session for our leaders to strengthen a culture of trust, openness, and psychological safety.

Our leaders explored how to create a safe and supportive environment where Team Members feel comfortable to speak up, share ideas, ask questions, and be themselves—helping make our hotel an even greater place to work. 💙

The session also introduced the Easy Brain concept, helping our leaders better understand and recognize their own emotions, as well as understand and respond to the emotions of others.

Because great leadership starts with understanding ourselves and creating a safe space for others to grow. 🌟

You might have heard about the special government holidays on September 28–29, 2026. Here is what travelers and expats need to know:
1⃣ Business as Usual: Bangkok is not shut down. Shops, hotels, and attractions remain open.
2⃣ Why the Holidays?: The government declared these days off mainly to ease traffic and reduce travel impact from current seasonal heavy rain and flooding in certain areas.
🧭 Quick Tips for Getting Around:
👉 Check Before You Go: Look up live traffic and weather updates before heading out.
👉 Plan Ahead: Allow extra travel time, opt for public transit where possible, and avoid any water-logged routes.
👉 Stay Informed: Follow official announcements from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA).
