งบประมาณ LGBTI ทั่วโลกลดลงเป็นครั้งแรกในรอบทศวรรษ แต่ชุมชนคนข้ามเพศไม่เคยหยุดทำงาน

ในงาน WorldPride Human Rights Conference อัมสเตอร์ดัม 2026 วงเสวนา “Beyond Grants: Building the Infrastructure that Sustains LGBTI Movements” พูดความจริงที่แวดวงการให้ทุนต้องได้ยิน

861.5 ล้านดอลลาร์ คือเงินทุน LGBTI ทั่วโลกในปี 2566–2567 ลดลง 5% และองค์กรที่นำโดยคนข้ามเพศยังคงได้รับเพียงเศษเสี้ยวของจำนวนนั้น ขณะที่ต้องรับมือกับความรุนแรง คนไร้บ้าน วิกฤตสุขภาพ และครอบครัวทอดทิ้ง พร้อมๆ กัน ส่วนใหญ่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยแรงงานอาสา และพื้นที่ที่ยืมมาใช้

**งบน้อย ไม่ได้แปลว่าศักยภาพน้อย**

คำถามที่ผู้ให้ทุนต้องถามคือ ไม่ใช่ “ทำไมองค์กรนี้ถึงยังเล็ก” แต่คือ “ทำไมผู้ให้ทุนถึงไม่เคยลงทุนพอที่จะให้มันเติบโต”

ขบวนการคนข้ามเพศไม่ได้ต้องการแค่ทุนระยะสั้น แต่ต้องการเงินทุนที่ยืดหยุ่น ต่อเนื่องหลายปี และลงทุนในคน ความปลอดภัย การดูแล และโครงสร้างองค์กรระยะยาว

เพราะเงินทุนไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องเงิน แต่คือเรื่องของอำนาจ ความไว้วางใจ และการยอมรับว่าใครมีสิทธิ์กำหนดอนาคตของขบวนการ

คืนนี้บนเวที InterPride UNITY Gala ที่ WorldPride Amsterdam 2026

โกโก้ เทียมไสย์ ยืนต่อหน้าผู้นำ LGBTQIA+ จากทั่วโลก ในฐานะ สตรีข้ามเพศชาวไทยและชาวเอเชียคนแรกที่ได้รับเลือกเป็น Co-President ของ InterPride องค์กรที่ถือลิขสิทธิ์ WorldPride ทั่วโลก

และเธอพูดความจริง

“Around the world, our rights are once again being questioned, restricted, and taken away. Simply being visible is still an act of courage. Your existence is already counted as activism.”

“We are still here. We are still organizing. We are still loving. And perhaps most importantly — we are still choosing one another.”

“Tonight, we celebrate. Tomorrow, we march. And by the time we go home, we continue the work.”

ทุก Pride ที่เราเฉลิมฉลองวันนี้ถูกสร้างโดยคนที่เดินก่อนเรา และเชื่อในอิสรภาพที่พวกเขาอาจไม่มีวันได้เห็น

When movements meet, they build.

Trans Pride Thailand visited Trans United Europe in Amsterdam this week — and the conversation was honest.

In Europe, trans communities have fought hard to create what still doesn’t exist in many parts of Asia: dedicated safe spaces where trans people can access healthcare, legal support, and community — free of charge, no questions asked.

In Thailand, we are still building that infrastructure. The barriers are different. The backlash is rising in both places. But so is the community.

What we took away from this visit is not envy — it‘s a blueprint.

Safe spaces don’t appear. They are built by communities that decided their people deserved better, fought for funding, and refused to wait for systems that were never designed for them.

That work is happening in Thailand too. And visits like this remind us we don‘t have to figure it out alone.

รู้หรือไม่ ทำไม WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 ถึงไม่ได้ใช้แค่ “ธงสีรุ้ง” แต่เลือกสร้าง “ลวดลาย” (Pattern) ขึ้นมาแทน?

🌈 คำตอบคือ เพราะปีนี้ WorldPride Amsterdam อยากเล่าเรื่อง UNITY ผ่านงานออกแบบ

Visual Identity ของงานได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจาก Kaleidoscope หรือกล้องสลับลาย ที่สร้างภาพใหม่จากชิ้นส่วนเดิมอยู่เสมอ เปรียบเหมือนผู้คนหลากหลายเชื้อชาติ วัฒนธรรม และอัตลักษณ์ที่อยู่ร่วมกัน จนกลายเป็นภาพที่สวยงามของสังคม

สิ่งที่หลายคนอาจไม่รู้คือ ลวดลายเหล่านี้ไม่ได้ถูกสร้างขึ้นแบบสุ่ม แต่หยิบแรงบันดาลใจจากวัฒนธรรมที่หล่อหลอมประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นลายเครื่องปั้นดินเผา Delft Blue ดอกทิวลิป กังหันลม รวมถึงลวดลายจากชุมชนชาวอินโดนีเซีย โมร็อกโก ตุรกี ซูรินาม Aruba และ Curaçao ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความเป็นสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมของอัมสเตอร์ดัม

อีกหนึ่งรายละเอียดที่งดงามคือ Pattern เดียวกันสามารถเปลี่ยนสีให้เป็นธงของชุมชนต่าง ๆ ได้ ทั้ง Rainbow, Trans, Le***an, Bi และ Intersex โดยยังคงโครงสร้างเดียวกันไว้

นั่นคือการสื่อสารว่า...

เราอาจมีอัตลักษณ์ที่แตกต่างกัน แต่เรายังคงเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของภาพเดียวกัน

นี่คือเหตุผลที่ WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 ไม่ได้ใช้เพียง “สีรุ้ง” แต่สร้าง “ภาษาทางการออกแบบ” ที่ทำให้ทุกชุมชนมีพื้นที่ของตัวเอง ขณะเดียวกันก็เชื่อมโยงกันเป็นหนึ่งเดียว

เพราะท้ายที่สุดแล้ว Unity isn’t about looking the same. It’s about belonging together.

เราจึงสร้างระบบขึ้นเอง ✨🏳️‍⚧️

ในงาน WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 ท่ามกลางขบวนเรือ Canal Parade ธงสีรุ้ง และเสียงของหลายล้านคนจากทั่วโลก มีนิทรรศการหนึ่งที่ไม่ได้แค่เฉลิมฉลอง แต่กำลังประกาศก้องบอกททั้งโลกถึงความจริงของคนข้ามเพศ

The Hands That Heal นิทรรศการจัดแสดงกลางแจ้งที่ Oosterdokskade อัมสเตอร์ดัม โดย Trans United Europe และพันธมิตร คือนิทรรศการภาพถ่ายและบทสัมภาษณ์ของผู้นำข้ามเพศทั่วโลกที่ไม่ได้รอให้ระบบสาธารณสุขเปิดประตูให้ แต่เดินออกไปสร้างประตูของชุมชนตัวเอง

จากกรุงเทพฯ ถึงซานฟรานซิสโก จากโจฮันเนสเบิร์กถึงอัมสเตอร์ดัม ชุมชนคนข้ามเพศทั่วโลกถูกกีดกันออกจากระบบการดูแลสุขภาพซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า และซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า พวกเขาลุกขึ้นสร้างคลินิกสุขภาพที่เข้าใจ เข้าถึงชุมชน โดยคนข้ามเพศเอง

และประเทศไทยคือหนึ่งในผู้บุกเบิกของโลก

คลินิกชุมชนแทนเจอรีน กรุงเทพฯ คลินิกเฉพาะทางสุขภาพคนข้ามเพศแบบครบวงจรแห่งแรกในไทยและเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ก่อตั้งปี 2558 ไม่ใช่เพราะมีคนมอบให้ แต่เพราะ คุณรีน่า จันทร์อำนวยสุข (Rena Janamnuaysook) ผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งและผู้จัดการโครงการ ตัดสินใจว่าสุขภาพของชุมชนคนข้ามเพศไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ต้องขออนุญาต

Tangerine ไม่ได้แค่รักษาร่างกาย แต่รักษาศักดิ์ศรี ด้วยบริการ gender-affirming care, hormone therapy, STI care และสุขภาพจิต ในพื้นที่ที่คนข้ามเพศไม่ต้องอธิบายตัวเองก่อนจะได้รับการดูแล

นี่คือสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อชุมชนหยุดร้องขอ และเริ่มสร้างมันขึ้นมา

มันไม่ใช่การกบฏ แต่คือการที่คนกลุ่มหนึ่งตัดสินใจว่า ชีวิตของพวกเขามีคุณค่าพอที่จะลงมือทำ โดยไม่รอให้ใครเห็นด้วยก่อน

At WorldPride Amsterdam 2026, The Hands That Heal exhibition at Oosterdokskade tells the truth behind the celebration — trans communities worldwide were shut out of healthcare systems, so they built their own clinics. By trans people, for trans people.

Thailand is one of the world's pioneers.

Tangerine Community Health Clinic, Bangkok — Southeast Asia's first comprehensive transgender health clinic — exists because Rena Janamnuaysook decided trans health was not something that required permission. Gender-affirming care, hormone therapy, STI care, mental health — in a space where trans people never have to explain themselves first.

This is what happens when a community stops asking and starts building.

The system that never made space for us has no right to decide how far we can go.

แถลงการณ์ Trans Pride Thailand

ต่อเหตุการณ์ความรุนแรงในสถานศึกษา จังหวัดนนทบุรี

Trans Pride Thailand ขอแสดงความเสียใจอย่างสุดซึ้งต่อผู้เสียชีวิต ผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ ครอบครัว นักเรียน ครู และทุกคนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ความรุนแรงที่เกิดขึ้น

สถานศึกษาควรเป็นพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ ความปลอดภัย และการเติบโต
ไม่ใช่พื้นที่ที่เด็ก เยาวชน หรือบุคลากรต้องใช้ชีวิตอยู่กับความกลัว

เหตุการณ์ครั้งนี้ย้ำเตือนว่า ความปลอดภัยไม่ควรเกิดขึ้นเพียงจากการรับมือเมื่อความรุนแรงเกิดขึ้นแล้ว แต่ต้องเริ่มจากระบบที่สามารถ ป้องกัน รับฟัง สังเกตสัญญาณความเสี่ยง และเข้าถึงความช่วยเหลือได้อย่างทันท่วงที โดยไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง

Trans Pride Thailand ขอร่วมเรียกร้องให้ทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องนำเหตุการณ์ครั้งนี้ไปสู่การทบทวนและยกระดับมาตรการความปลอดภัยในสถานศึกษาอย่างจริงจัง พร้อมสร้างระบบคุ้มครองที่เคารพศักดิ์ศรี ความแตกต่าง และความปลอดภัยของเด็กและเยาวชนทุกคน

เพราะความปลอดภัยไม่ควรเป็นสิทธิพิเศษของใคร
แต่ต้องเป็นสิทธิพื้นฐานของทุกคน

17 years of organizing in Phuket, Thailand — now standing on the world stage at WorldPride Amsterdam 2026.

Vickky Noppasorn Sitthiwetch, Co-Founder of Phuket Pride, brought decades of community work with her — and she wasn’t alone.

The session opened with Koko Tiamsai, Co-President of InterPride and the first Asian transgender woman to hold the position, before bringing together voices from across Asia

Mei-Ying Juan — Taiwan, bridging grassroots work with corporate equality
Kyoka Shodladd — TIME100 Next, building the Asian Pride Alliance
Horim Yi — Korea, fighting for marriage equality across East Asia

Together they proved one thing

Asian LGBTQIA+ leadership is not emerging.
It has always been here.

On 3 August 2026, I had the honour of speaking at the Thailand Reception: Road to Bangkok WorldPride 2030 in Amsterdam. 🇹🇭🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

I shared my journey—from growing up as a trans child in northern Thailand, supported by a family that chose love over fear, to becoming a trans feminist activist working for legal recognition, health justice, community leadership and gender equality.

My story is personal, but it is also part of a much larger movement.

Across Thailand, LGBTIQ communities are not only celebrating Pride. We are organising Trans Pride, Youth Pride and Interfaith Pride. We are building national networks, drafting laws, developing public-policy frameworks and creating spaces where people from different generations, identities, religions and regions can belong.

Bangkok is ready to host WorldPride because our communities are visible, organised, creative and determined to create change.

Bangkok is not perfect, but Pride has never been about presenting a perfect city. It is about choosing a city with the courage, movement and imagination to build a more equal future.

In 2030, come to Bangkok not only to celebrate who we are, but to build the world we deserve.

Bangkok is ready.
Thailand is ready.
Our communities are ready.

And we will not stop until all of us are free.
