จากการร่วมสร้างในพื้นที่ขอนแก่น สู่เวทีระดับโลกด้านองค์ความรู้และการเรียนรู้เรื่องความรุนแรงด้วยเหตุแห่งเพศ
งาน SVRI Forum 2026 ที่กรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งรวบรวมนักวิจัย นักปฏิบัติ ผู้กำหนดนโยบาย และผู้ขับเคลื่อนเพื่อผู้รอดพ้นกว่า 1,600 คน จาก 123 ประเทศและดินแดนทั่วโลก UNFPA Thailand ภูมิใจที่ ปัญจวรี พัวพันธ์ศรี ได้รับคัดเลือกจากผลงานมากกว่า 2,000 บทคัดย่อจากทั่วโลก ให้นำเสนอเรื่อง “From Institutions to Communities: Decentralising the One Stop Crisis Centre Model for Survivor-Centred GBV Response in Thailand”
การนำเสนอถ่ายทอดบทเรียนจากการพัฒนา Community-Based One Stop Crisis Center (CB-OSCC) Model ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น ซึ่งร่วมพัฒนากับภาคีในพื้นที่ ทั้งชุมชน อาสาสมัคร ผู้ให้บริการแนวหน้า และหน่วยงานระดับจังหวัด โมเดลนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งสร้าง “ศูนย์” แห่งใหม่ แต่เชื่อมชุมชนเข้ากับบริการด้านสุขภาพ สังคม กระบวนการยุติธรรม และการคุ้มครองที่มีอยู่ ตั้งแต่ การป้องกัน การค้นหาความเสี่ยงระยะแรก การส่งต่ออย่างปลอดภัย ไปจนถึงการตอบสนองที่ยึดผู้รอดพ้นเป็นศูนย์กลาง
การก้าวจากงานที่ร่วมสร้างขึ้นในพื้นที่ สู่เวทีองค์ความรู้ระดับโลกครั้งนี้ เป็นก้าวสำคัญ -- แต่ไม่ใช่จุดสิ้นสุด จาก ขอนแก่นสู่ชุมชน SVRI ระดับโลก ประสบการณ์จากพื้นที่กำลังมีส่วนร่วมในบทสนทนาที่กว้างขึ้นว่า ระบบ GBV จะเข้าถึงผู้คนได้อย่าง เร็วขึ้น ปลอดภัยขึ้นและใกล้กับชีวิตจริงของพวกเขามากขึ้น
From local co-creation in Khon Kaen to a global platform for GBV evidence and learning.
At the SVRI Forum 2026 in Bangkok, bringing together more than 1,600 researchers, practitioners, policymakers and survivor advocates from 123 countries and territories, UNFPA Thailand is proud that Phunchawaree Puapunsri was selected from more than 2,000 abstracts submitted worldwide to present: “From Institutions to Communities: Decentralising the One Stop Crisis Centre Model for Survivor-Centred GBV Response in Thailand.”
The presentation shares practice-based learning from the development of the Community-Based One Stop Crisis Center (CB-OSCC) model in Khon Kaen Province, co-developed with community actors, volunteers, frontline service providers and provincial partners.
Rather than creating another physical centre, the model connects communities with existing health, social welfare, justice and protection services across prevention, early identification, safe referral and survivor-centred response.
Taking this work from a locally co-created initiative to a global evidence platform is an important step -- not an end point. From Khon Kaen to the global SVRI community, local experience is helping shape a wider conversation on how GBV systems can reach people earlier, safer and closer to where they live.
