International Women@Work (IW@W) was founded in November 2013 by three dynamic French women working in Bangkok. Coming from different backgrounds and sectors, Marion, Marine and Claire have the same conviction: women are too often hesitant to embrace ambitious professional careers. From this observation arose their idea to create a community of women sharing the same views and willing to change things for themselves and for others. After engaging some of their closest friends in Bangkok, IW@W was established. The Team is composed of nine creative women, with different profiles, but one single objective : encourage women to reach their goals. Our community is based on openness and friendliness and hopes to welcome you soon.
