โครงการอบรมการใช้งานระบบแอปพลิเคชัน "พ้นภัย" เพื่อการช่วยเหลือและรับแจ้งเหตุจากประชาชนด้านภัยพิบัติ จังหวัดปทุมธานี
วันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 นายเอกวิทย์ มีเพียร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดปทุมธานี เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการอบรมการใช้งานระบบแอปพลิเคชัน "พ้นภัย" เพื่อการช่วยเหลือและรับแจ้งเหตุจากประชาชนด้านภัยพิบัติของเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดย สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย ร่วมกับ เหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดปทุมธานี จัดขึ้น เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการใช้งานและจัดการการช่วยเหลือได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เกิดความเข้าใจในกระบวนการแจ้งภัย และร้องขอความช่วยเหลือตามขั้นตอนมาตรฐานในการบรรเทาทุข์ผู้ประสบภัยระบบแอปพลิเคชัน "พ้นภัย" ได้อย่างถูกต้อง และมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมี กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วย ปลัดอำเภอ เจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เจ้าหน้าที่ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และสมาชิกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดปทุมธานีในพื้นที่จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน ทั้งสิ้น 532 คนโดยมีคุณกฤติญา ยอดโสภา หัวหน้างานอำนวยการข้อมูลฯ ศูนย์ปฎิบัติการภัยพิบัติ สภากาชาดไทย นางสาวสุกัญญา ทรัพย์อุดมมั่งมี หัวหน้าฝ่ายบรรเทาทุกข์ผู้ประสบภัย สำนักงานบรรเททุกข์ฯ และคณะ เป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้ ณ หอประชุม โรงเรียนปทุมธานี นันทมุนีบำรุง ตำบลบางหลวง อำเภอเมืองปทุมธานี จังหวัดปทุมธานี
Training Project on the Use of the “Phon Phai” Application for Disaster Assistance and Public Incident Reporting in Pathum Thani Province
On 19 August 2026, Mr. Eakawit Meephian, Governor of Pathum Thani Province, presided over the opening ceremony of the training project on the use of the “Phon Phai” application for disaster assistance and receiving disaster-related reports from the public, organized by the Pathum Thani Provincial Red Cross Chapter.
The project was jointly organized by the Thai Red Cross Society’s Relief and Community Health Bureau and the Pathum Thani Provincial Red Cross Chapter to promote the effective use of the application and facilitate rapid disaster assistance. The training aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the disaster reporting and assistance-request process, enabling them to follow the standard procedures for assisting disaster-affected people through the “Phon Phai” application accurately and efficiently.
A total of 532 participants attended the training, comprising district deputy officers, local administrative organization officials, disaster prevention and mitigation officers, subdistrict and village headmen, and members of the Pathum Thani Provincial Red Cross Chapter from across the province.
The training was conducted by Ms. Kritiya Yodsopha, Head of the Information Administration Section, Disaster Operations Center, Thai Red Cross Society; Ms. Sukanya Sap-udommangmee, Head of the Disaster Relief Division, Relief and Community Health Bureau; and their team, who served as resource persons and provided training on the application and related disaster assistance procedures.
The training was held at the auditorium of Pathum Thani Nuntamunee Bamrung School, Bang Luang Subdistrict, Mueang Pathum Thani District, Pathum Thani Province.
