สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ สภากาชาดไทย ฝึกซ้อมแผนตอบสนองต่อภาวะฉุกเฉินร่วมกับชุมชน เสริมสร้างความพร้อมของชุมชนรับมือภัยพิบัติ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี
วันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2569 นางสาวสุกัญญา ทรัพย์อุดมมั่งมี หัวหน้าฝ่ายบรรเทาทุกข์ผู้ประสบภัย สำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์และประชานามัยพิทักษ์ สภากาชาดไทย พร้อมคณะ ลงพื้นที่ทบทวนและฝึกซ้อมแผนตอบสนองต่อภาวะฉุกเฉินร่วมกับผู้นำชุมชน คณะกรรมการชุมชนพร้อมรับภัยพิบัติบ้านห้วยปากคอก และนักเรียนเพื่อติดตามการดำเนินงาน โครงการชุมชนพร้อมรับภัยพิบัติ โดยมีนายยงยุทธ แสวงสุข ปลัดอําเภอทองผาภูมิ เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยกิ่งกาชาดอำเภอทองผาภูมิ สำนักงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี กองอำนวยการรักษาความมั่นคงภายในราชอาณาจักร (กอ.รมน.) และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมสังเกตการณ์ ณ โรงเรียนคุรุสภา ตำบลห้วยเขย่ง อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ภายหลังการฝึกซ้อม คณะได้ร่วมสรุปผลและประเมินผลการดำเนินกิจกรรม พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะกับผู้นำชุมชน แกนนำชุมชนพร้อมรับภัยพิบัติ ประชาชนในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 7 บ้านห้วยปากคอก และหน่วยงานที่ร่วมสังเกตการณ์ เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงแผนตอบสนองต่อภาวะฉุกเฉินให้มีความสมบูรณ์และสามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริงเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์
นอกจากนี้ คณะยังได้ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมบ้านผู้เปราะบาง เพื่อรับฟังสภาพความเป็นอยู่ ปัญหา และความต้องการของประชาชนกลุ่มเปราะบาง ตลอดจนประเมินแนวทางการให้ความช่วยเหลือและการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านการคุ้มครองและช่วยเหลือในสถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติ ณ ชุมชนหมู่ที่ 7 บ้านห้วยปากคอก ตำบลห้วยเขย่ง อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี การติดตามโครงการในครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความมุ่งมั่นของสภากาชาดไทยในการส่งเสริมศักยภาพของชุมชนให้สามารถเตรียมพร้อม รับมือ และฟื้นฟูจากภัยพิบัติได้อย่างเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน อันจะช่วยลดความสูญเสียและสร้างความปลอดภัยให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยต่อไป
On 18 June 2026, Ms.Sukanya Supudommungmee, Head of Relief Division of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), Thai Red Cross Society together with her team conducted a review and simulation exercise of the Emergency Response Plan with community leaders and the Ban Huai Pak Khok Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction (CBDRR) Committee and students. The activity was organized to monitor the implementation of the CBDRR Project. Mr. Yongyut Sawaengsuk, Deputy District Chief of Thong Pha Phum District, presided over the opening ceremony. Representatives from the Thong Pha Phum Red Cross District Branch, the Kanchanaburi Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) and other relevant agencies attended as observers. The event was held at Khurusapha School, Huai Khayeng Subdistrict, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province. Following the simulation exercise, the delegation participated in a debriefing and evaluation session, during which comments, experiences, and recommendations were exchanged with community leaders, CBDRR core members, local residents of Ban Huai Pak Khok Village No. 7, and representatives of the observing agencies. The discussion aimed to further improve and strengthen the Emergency Response Plan, ensuring that it is practical, comprehensive, and ready for effective implementation in the event of an emergency.
In addition, the team conducted home visits to vulnerable households in Village No. 7, Ban Huai Pak Khok, Huai Khayeng Subdistrict, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province. The visits provided an opportunity to assess living conditions, identify challenges and needs, and explore appropriate approaches for assistance, protection, and preparedness support for vulnerable populations during disaster situations. This monitoring visit forms part of the Thai Red Cross Society’s efforts to promote disaster risk reduction by empowering communities to prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters in a sustainable manner, thereby enhancing the safety and quality of life of people living in disaster areas.
