Welcome to our new home. Thammasat International Moot Society (TIMS) - the first of its kind in Thailand! For any inquiries, please message us!

TIMS is a student-led organization founded by current TU mooters, aimed to provide a platform for students to explore their passion in mooting, by developing their skills in research and oral advocacy. In recent years, we found a growing sense of community among students who participated in Moot Court Competitions in Thammasat university. Moot court is not just a competition but a platform of disc

Asia Cup Internal Selection is now open! ⚖️✨

The Asia Cup, established in 1999 in Tokyo, stands as one of the most renowned international law moot court competitions in the region, bringing together Asia’s finest law students to demonstrate excellence in written memorials and oral advocacy.

Over the years, Thammasat University has consistently sent its Representative Team to compete in Tokyo, proudly representing both the university and Thailand on the international stage. This enduring legacy is reflected in our achievements as Runner up in 2017, 3rd Place in 2019, and most recently, an outstanding 5th place in the Asia Pacific Round in 2025.

This year, we are looking for driven and passionate law students ready to take on the challenge, carry this legacy forward, and reach even greater heights together.

🎤 Online interview : 29 April, 17:00 – 20:00 (subject to change)

⚠️ Notes
• Finalists of the 2026 TIMS Internal Moot are exempt from the essay and will proceed directly to the interview (alternative written task required)
• National selection is based on a memorial submission. The selected team will be supported by Thammasat University and TIMS to compete in Tokyo in August, including travel, accommodation, and a daily allowance

TIMS’ Internal Moot Competition 2025 Recap
Day 2 : Quarter final ,Semi final ,and Final Round

As the rounds progressed, the pressure became real and every argument mattered more than ever!⚡ Participants pushed themselves beyond their limits, delivering stronger and sharper performances with each round. And after intense rounds and tough decisions, we finally have our champions🏆

On behalf of TIMS, huge congratulations to all award winners, you truly earned this moment. We would also like to sincerely thank our professors and ex mooters for judging and making each round more challenging, insightful, and meaningful.

This is where everything starts ⚖️🔥 The courtroom is ready, the arguments are coming in strong, and everyone is giving it their all for a spot in the Top 8. Every round brings new challenges, and only those who stay sharp and confident will move forward.
