WMC National Title Fight Set to Ignite Lübeck

On May 9, Lübeck will host a high-stakes showdown as two elite fighters collide for the prestigious WMC National Title under authentic Muaythai rules.

Representing Hamburg, Finn Masurat enters the ring as one of Germany’s most accomplished Muaythai athletes. A multiple-time German champion in both amateur and professional competition, Masurat has already proven himself on the world stage as a World Championship participant. Known for his technical precision, durability, and experience, he now aims to add another major title to his growing legacy.

Standing across from him is one of Europe’s brightest young talents, Maksim Mratchenko of Ukraine. Despite being only 19 years old, Mratchenko already carries the reputation of a seasoned international competitor. The IFMA Youth World Champion has amassed more than 80 fights with over 60 victories, showcasing elite-level composure, skill, and relentless determination every time he steps into the ring.

This matchup promises world-class Muaythai action under the official WMC rule set:
5 rounds of 3 minutes with 2-minute breaks, allowing full use of elbows, knees, and clinch fighting, the purest form of Muaythai.

The event is sanctioned by the WMC and MTBD, Germany’s sole IFMA member.

Experience meets youth. Precision meets hunger.
Only one fighter will leave Lübeck with the WMC belt.

Will Finn Masurat defend German pride and claim another championship moment, or will Maksim Mratchenko continue his meteoric rise and capture the title at just 19 years old?

On May 9, the answer will be decided in the ring.
