▪️Go Deep: ขณะนี้โครงการ SDG Localisation ได้ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาคประชาสังคมใน 5 จังหวัด คือ เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย ตาก นราธิวาส และกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อพัฒนาโครงการที่ตอบสนองต่อประเด็นการพัฒนาที่เร่งด่วนของแต่ละจังหวัด เช่น การท่องเที่ยว การรับมือกับมลพิษ จนถึงการพัฒนาภูมิคุ้มกันของเมืองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ผ่านกระบวนการขับเคลื่อนด้วยคนในพื้นที่
▪️Go Broad: ขณะนี้โครงการ SDG Localisation กำลังอยู่ในกระบวนการการพัฒนารายงานความก้าวหน้าการบรรลุเป้าหมาย SDG ระดับจังหวัด (SDG Profile) ร่วมกับ 3 จังหวัดคือ สระแก้ว หนองคาย และระยอง ต่อยอดจาก 15 จังหวัดจากโครงการในระยะแรก พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดทำ SDG Profile เพื่อให้จังหวัดอื่น ๆ สามารถจัดทำ SDG Profile ชี้ช่องว่าง-โอกาสด้วยตนเอง และเป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่ทุกจังหวัดสามารถเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อกำหนดการพัฒนาที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของพื้นที่
▪️Go Mass: ขณะนี้โครงการกำลังจัดทำ SDG คลินิก ร่วมกับภาควิชาการในจังหวัดต่าง ๆ เพื่อตั้งเป็นศูนย์ให้คำปรึกษาและวางแผนในด้านการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนให้กับภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ของจังหวัด รวมถึงการสร้างความตระหนักด้านการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนผ่านการสื่อสารด้าน SDG ร่วมกับจังหวัดและชุมชน ผ่านช่องทางการสื่อสารของจังหวัดและภาคประชาสังคม พื้นที่สาธารณะ

UNDP-EU-Ministry of Interior Partner to Advance SDGs in Thailand
Ms. Niamh Collier-Smith, UNDP Resident Representative inThailand; Ms. Audrey Anne-Rochelemagne, Deputy Head of Cooperation of the Delegation of the European Union to Thailand; and Mr. Santithorn Yimlamai, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, together with representatives from UNDP, the European Union, and the Ministry of Interior, co-organised the Steering Committee Meeting of the SDG Localisation Phase II Project, bringing together representatives from ministries and public agencies, including provincial representatives from Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Tak, Sa Kaeo, Rayong, Nong Khai, Bangkok, and Narathiwat, to review the project’s achievements in 2026 and discuss the direction of the project.
Funded by the European Union, the SDG Localisation Phase II Project focuses on three key approaches:
▪️Go Deep: The SDG Localisation Project is currently working with civil society organizations in five provinces — Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Tak, Narathiwat, and Bangkok — to develop initiatives that respond to each province’s urgent development priorities, from sustainable tourism and pollution management to strengthening urban resilience to climate change, through community-driven approaches.
▪️Go Broad: The project is currently developing provincial SDG Progress Reports (SDG Profiles) together with three provinces — Sa Kaeo, Nong Khai, and Rayong — building on the 15 provinces supported under the first phase of the project. At the same time, the project is developing practical guidelines for SDG Profile preparation so that other provinces can independently identify development gaps and opportunities through data-driven approaches and establish a common practice for collecting and using local data to shape development policies that respond to local needs.
▪️Go Mass: The project is establishing SDG Clinics in partnership with academic institutions across provinces to serve as advisory and planning hubs on sustainable development for provincial stakeholders. In parallel, the project is strengthening public awareness on sustainable development through SDG communications initiatives with provinces and communities, using provincial communication channels, civil society networks, and public spaces.

ตัวแทนเยาวชน สื่อมวลชน ผู้นำทางศาสนาของไทยเข้าร่วมเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนป้องกันและหยุดยั้งความรุนแรงบนโลกออนไลน์ รวมถึงแนวทางส่งเสริมสันติภาพ ความสมานฉันท์ทางสังคม ร่วมกับผู้นำทางศาสนา ตัวแทนชุมชนกว่า 50 คนจาก 10 ประเทศ
เวทีนี้มุ่งเน้นสำรวจเทรนด์และรูปแบบของความรุนแรงใหม่ ๆ บนโลกออนไลน์ รวมถึงแนวทางการรับมือผ่านผู้นำชุมชน ผู้หญิง และเยาวชน เพื่อสร้างสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของการคิดวิเคราะห์ซึ่งจะเป็นภูมิคุ้มกัน

Promoting peace and social cohesion withyouth, media, and faith-based leaders across South East Asia and South Asia.
Thai youth, media representatives, and faith-based leaders joined regional discussions on preventing and countering violence in the digital space, including approaches to promote peace and social cohesion, alongside faith-based leaders and community representatives from 10 countries across Southeast and South Asia.
The dialogue explored emerging trends and new forms of online violence, as well as responses led by communities, women, and youth to strengthen critical thinking and build resilience against harmful narratives.
The activity is part of the second phase of the UNDP-UNODC Prevention of Violent Extremism (PVE) project (2026–2028), funded by the European Union. This phase focuses on violence in digital spaces, where AI and social media increasingly shape information flows that can fuel conflict and different forms of violence. It also examines broader drivers of conflict, including the impacts of climate change and competition over natural resources.
UNDP continues to work with different groups of Agents of Change — from youth and media to community and faith-based leaders — to build societies that are more resilient to violence.

ไทยก้าวสู่อนาคตสะอาด ผ่านการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกด้วยพันธบัตรส่งเสริมความยั่งยืน 🚗⚡
UNDP สำนักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะ (สบน.) และศูนย์เทคโนโลยีพลังงานแห่งชาติ (ENTEC) ร่วมติดตามความก้าวหน้าการจดทะเบียนรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า เพื่อสนับสนุนการปล่อยมลพิษเป็นศูนย์ (Zero Emission Vehicle-ZEV) ของประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในตัวชี้วัดของพันธบัตรส่งเสริมความยั่งยืน หรือ Sustainability-Linked Bond (SLB) ที่ถูกเชื่อมโยงเข้ากับอัตราดอกเบี้ยของพันธบัตร

ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศที่ 3 ของโลกที่ออกพันธบัตรส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนของรัฐบาลโดยมีมูลค่ารวมกว่า 1.3 แสนล้านบาท โดยเชื่อมโยงอัตราดอกเบี้ยเข้ากับเป้าหมายการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกของประเทศ หากสามารถลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกได้ตามเป้าจะส่งผลให้อัตราดอกเบี้ยลดลง เพื่อผลักดันการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

⚡ UNDP ร่วมเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบอิสระ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลที่รายงานด้านความก้าวหน้าการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และน่าเชื่อถือสำหรับนักลงทุนและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง

Thailand moves towards a cleaner future with sustainability-linked bonds. 🚗⚡
UNDP, the Public Debt Management Office (PDMO), and the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC) jointly reviewed the progress of electric vehicle registrations to support Thailand’s Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) targets, one of the key performance indicators under the country’s Sustainability-Linked Bond (SLB), where the bond’s interest rate is tied to climate performance.
Thailand is the world’s third country to issue a Sustainability-Linked Bond in 2024, with a total value of over THB 130 billion (USD 3.6 billion). The bonds link interest rates to the country’s greenhouse gas reduction targets. If Thailand achieves its emissions reduction goals, the interest rate will decrease — creating a concrete incentive to accelerate climate action.
Key discussion points
⚡ Thailand is advancing targets for the registration of zero-emission electric passenger vehicles and pickup trucks
⚡ UNDP serves as an independent verifier to ensure that reported progress on greenhouse gas reduction is accurate, transparent, and credible for investors and stakeholders
⚡ The transition to electric vehicles requires collaboration across government, private sector, academia, and citizens. The meeting therefore created space for all sectors to exchange perspectives and jointly shape practical pathways forward
Together, these efforts reflect Thailand’s commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and advancing towards carbon neutrality by 2050.

UNDP x UNCDF x ธ.ก.ส. จับมือสนับสนุนวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่อนุรักษ์-ส่งเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อม
UNDP กองทุนเพื่อการพัฒนาแห่งสหประชาชาติ (UNCDF) ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร ร่วมหารือใช้กลไกทางการเงินเพื่อส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่เป็นมิตรต่อธรรมชาติ รวมถึงวิสากิจชุมชนที่เอื้อต่อการดูแลที่อยู่อาศัยของเสือโคร่ง ให้สามารถเติบโตได้

UNDP x UNCDF x BAAC Support Nature-Positive Local Entrepreneur to thrive and grow.
UNDP, UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) and Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BACC) have explored finance solutions that support the growth of nature-positive community enterprises, including those that contribute to the protection of tiger habitats.
The mechanisms:
🌱 Promoting Nature-Positive Investment: Integrating environmental stewardship principles into BAAC's existing loan products: BCG Economy loans, sustainable forestry loans, and water management loans.
🌱 Unlocking Collateral Barriers: Co-designing a guarantee system that reduces the complexity and limitations, making it more accessible for farmers and beneficiaries to access funding.
🌱 Knowledge Exchange and Capacity Building: Collaborating on project development, sharing expertise in Environmental and Social Risk Assessment (ESG), and post-disbursement monitoring while providing financial support to help small businesses grow, reach wider target groups and strengthen their organizations from within.
🌱 Expanding Reach to New Target Groups: Developing strategies to engage new community enterprises and small entrepreneurs beyond the existing customer base.
This activity was carried out under the Tiger Landscapes Investment Facility (TLIF) project, implemented by UNDP and UNCDF with funding support from the and Cartier, in support of tiger conservation. One key approach is supporting community enterprises in tiger habitat buffer zones to thrive and grow sustainably.

UNDP and MSDHS collaborate to improve quality of life for all.
Ms. Niamh Collier-Smith, UNDP Resident Representative in Thailand, and team met with Mr. Nikorn Somklang, Minister of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS), along with ministry executives, to discuss UNDP’s role, mission, and workplan, as well as explore collaboration to improve the quality of life of vulnerable groups in Thailand.

มีคนกว่า 1.5 พันล้านคนทั่วโลก ที่ยังหาทางออกให้กับปัญหาทางกฎหมายไม่ได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นข้อพิพาทในชีวิตประจำวัน คดีอาญา หรือปัญหาในการติดต่อกับหน่วยงานรัฐ
ปัญหานี้ไม่ได้แก้ได้ด้วยการออกกฎหมายใหม่เพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ต้องเริ่มจากคำถามที่สำคัญกว่าเดิมว่า ระบบยุติธรรมเข้าใจชีวิตจริงของประชาชนมากพอหรือยัง? ⚖️👥
นี่คือหัวใจของ People-Centered Justice หรือกระบวนการยุติธรรมที่ยึดประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง — แนวทางที่ออกแบบระบบ บริการ และวิธีทำงาน โดยเริ่มจากปัญหา ความต้องการ และข้อจำกัดของคนที่ต้องใช้ระบบจริง
OECD ชี้ว่า แนวทางนี้เป็นส่วนสำคัญของหลักนิติธรรม เพราะหลักนิติธรรมจะมีความหมายก็ต่อเมื่อประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงความเป็นธรรมได้จริง ไม่ใช่เพียงมีระบบหรือกฎหมายอยู่บนกระดาษ
People-Centered Justice จึงหมายถึงการทำให้ระบบยุติธรรม:

Thailand Policy Lab ได้ร่วมกับ TIJ และ UNODC สนับสนุนเป้าหมายนี้ผ่านหลักสูตร iCPCJ 2026 โดยนำเครื่องมือ Co-creation มาใช้กับกลุ่ม Justice Makers และ 3 หน่วยงานเจ้าของโจทย์ ได้แก่ สถาบันนิติวัชร์ สำนักงานศาลยุติธรรม และกรมพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน
เพื่อร่วมกันออกแบบแนวทางใหม่ ๆ ที่จะช่วยให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรม นโยบาย นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีได้ง่ายขึ้น เป็นธรรมขึ้น และใกล้กับชีวิตจริงมากขึ้น
เพราะความยุติธรรมที่ดี ไม่ควรเป็นเรื่องเข้าใจยากสำหรับคนธรรมดา

More than 1.5 billion people worldwide live with unresolved criminal, civil, or administrative justice problems
This challenge cannot be addressed by new laws alone. It begins with a more important question: Do justice systems understand people’s real lives well enough? ⚖️👥
This is the heart of People-Centered Justice — an approach that designs justice systems, services, and ways of working by starting from the problems, needs, and constraints of the people who actually use them.
The OECD highlights that People-Centered Justice is an important part of the rule of law, because the rule of law only becomes meaningful when people can access justice in practice — not only when laws and institutions exist on paper.
People-Centered Justice means making justice systems:
✅ More attentive to people’s real problems
✅ Easier to understand
✅ Less confusing to navigate
✅ Better able to use innovation and technology to bring justice closer to people
✅ More open to change from within, led by those working in the system itself
Thailand Policy Lab has worked with TIJ and UNODC to support this goal through the iCPCJ 2026 programme, bringing co-creation tools to Justice Makers and three challenge-owning agencies: the Nitivajra Institute, the Office of the Judiciary, and the Department of Juvenile Observation and Protection.
Together, they explored new ways to make justice, policy, innovation, and technology easier to access, fairer, and more connected to people’s real lives.
Because good justice should not be difficult for ordinary people to understand.
