Currently, two large projects are being implemented by Dreamlopments: the M-FUND for migrants, and the C-FREE study of treatment of hepatitis C for people who use drugs.

21 September 2026, Dr. Nicolas Durier, Director of Dreamlopments (DLP) Foundation, Dr. Nyan Linn, Head of Programs and Mr. Wilas Chareerat, M-FUND Project Manager, participated in the Cross-Border Meeting on Migrant Health Insurance Promotion between the Savannakhet Provincial Health Office (Laos) and the Mukdahan Provincial Health Department (Thailand) to discuss the feasibility of introducing the M-FUND as the primary channel for providing healthcare services to Lao migrants.

The meeting objectives are to exchange information regarding Lao migrants working in Mukdahan Province, Thailand, and to discuss how to access information on undocumented migrants and support Lao migrants in accessing healthcare services in Mukdahan Province.

21 กันยายน 2569 ดร. นิโคลาส์ ดูริเยร์ ผู้อำนวยการ มูลนิธิดรีมลอปเม้นท์ (DLP) ดร.เนียน ลินน์ หัวหน้าฝ่ายโครงการ (Head of Programs) และคุณวิลาศ ชารีรัตน์ ผู้จัดการโครงการเอ็มฟันต์ (M-FUND) ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมหารือ เรื่องการส่งเสริมระบบประกันสุขภาพสำหรับแรงงานข้ามชาติ ระหว่างสำนักงานสาธารณสุขแขวงสะหวันนะเขต (สปป.ลาว) และสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดมุกดาหาร (ประเทศไทย) เพื่อหารือถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการนำบริการโครงการเอ็มฟันต์ใช้เป็นช่องทางหลักในการให้บริการด้านสาธารณสุขแก่แรงงานข้ามชาติชาวลาว

การประชุมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแรงงานข้ามชาติชาวลาวที่ทำงานในจังหวัดมุกดาหาร รวมถึงหารือแนวทางการเข้าถึงข้อมูลของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่ไม่มีเอกสารประจำตัว และการสนับสนุนให้แรงงานข้ามชาติชาวลาวสามารถเข้าถึงบริการด้านสาธารณสุขในจังหวัดมุกดาหารได้

On 19th August 2026, the M-FUND project (Trat Province), represented by Project Manager Mr. Wilas Chareerat, met with the project's network service providers, Phra Piyamaharat Hospital and Khao Saming Hospital, along with medical and operational staff.

The team met with management and the health insurance department to coordinate and establish joint guidelines to improve the service experience for M-FUND members.

On 6th September 2026, the M-FUND Mae Hong Son Province team set up a promotional booth at the "Eh Doh Paw Mi: Taste & Smell of the Forest: Mae Hong Son in the Green Season" festival. The event took place at Nong Chong Kham Public Park in Chong Kham Subdistrict, Mueang Mae Hong Son District, Mae Hong Son Province.

The event aimed to preserve and perpetuate the tradition of mutual support between people and the forest, showcase local customs, and promote Bio-Culture-Wellness tourism.

On September 8, 2026, the M-FUND Chiang Rai project presented its operational performance to the Public Health Division of the Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization.

The presentation highlighted the healthcare budget utilized across 11 network hospitals, 7 Sub-district Health Promoting Hospitals (SHPHs), and cash reimbursements for non-partner hospitals/SHPHs. The session then shared provincial membership statistics and growth tracking from 2022 to 2026.

Over 100 participants attended the event, including SHPH directors and other key stakeholders.

8 กันยายน 2569 โครงการเอ็มฟันต์ (M-FUND) จ.เชียงราย ได้นำเสนอผลการดำเนินโครงการต่อ กองสาธารณสุข องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงราย (อบจ.เชียงราย) โดยมีการนำเสนอข้อมูลการใช้งบประมาณด้านสาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลเครือข่าย 11 แห่ง และโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล (รพ.สต.) 7 แห่ง รวมถึงข้อมูลการชดเชยค่ารักษาพยาบาลสำหรับโรงพยาบาล และ รพ.สต. ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในเครือข่าย นอกจากนี้ยังมีการนำเสนอสถิติสมาชิกในระดับจังหวัดและข้อมูลการเติบโตของโครงการในช่วงปี 2565 ถึง 2569

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 100 คน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการ รพ.สต. และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียหลักฝ่ายต่าง ๆ

August 18, 2026, marks the 7th anniversary of the M-FUND project in Sa Kaeo Province.

To celebrate this milestone, the M-FUND Sa Kaeo team organized community visits to members' homes to listen to their problems, monitor their quality of life, and assess their health needs. We also donated essential items such as clothing and supplies for children and the elderly, and promoted positive stories through online media, documenting heartwarming experiences from the community.

The M-FUND Sa Kaeo team expresses its gratitude for everyone's trust over the past 7 years. We will continue striving to implement projects that promote everyone's health and well-being.
