🤝 สำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร โดยกลุ่มงานสารนิเทศ สำนักประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้วยการสนับสนุนของมูลนิธิคอนราด อาเดนาวร์ สำนักงานประเทศไทย จัดโครงการดังกล่าวขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่บทบาท อำนาจหน้าที่ และกลไกการดำเนินงานของคณะ กมธ. สามัญทั้ง 35 คณะ ให้ประชาชนได้รับความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้อง และสามารถติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของคณะ กมธ.ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการนิติบัญญัติ รวมทั้งส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกความเป็นพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย และสร้างช่องทางการสื่อสารที่ดีระหว่างรัฐสภากับภาคประชาชน

🏛️ The fourth session of the “360-Degree Parliament Experience: Understanding Parliamentary Functions with Committee Chairpersons” Programme Season 2 (18 June 2026) provided participants with an opportunity to exchange knowledge and gain insights into the working processes, roles and responsibilities of the Committee on Sports. On this occasion, Mr. Yunaidee Waba, First Vice-Chairperson; Mr. Watcharapol Tomornsak, Third Vice-Chairperson; Mr. Vitvisit Pansounprook, Fifth Vice-Chairperson; Mr. Arnun Amarin, Spokesperson; Mr. Pichai Jangjunyawong, Assistant Secretary; together with Mr. Somchid Kanthaya, Member and Advisor to the Committee on Land, Natural Resources, and Environment, shared their experiences and interesting issues in legislative work with participants.
🤝 The programme is organised by the Information Division of the Public Relations Bureau, Secretariat of the House of Representatives, with support from . The initiative aims to enhance public understanding of the roles, powers, responsibilities, and operational mechanisms of all 35 standing parliamentary committees, enabling citizens to follow and assess their work more effectively. Moreover, the programme seeks to strengthen knowledge and understanding of the legislative process, promote participatory democracy, and enhance communication between Parliament and the public.

ประธาน กมธ.กิจการศาล องค์กรอิสระฯ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม “เยี่ยมชมรัฐสภา 360 องศา เรียนรู้ระบบงานรัฐสภา กับประธานกรรมาธิการ” ปีที่ 2 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ครั้งที่ 2

วันนี้ (17 มิถุนายน 2569) นายวาโย อัศวรุ่งเรือง ประธานคณะกรรมาธิการกิจการศาล องค์กรอิสระ องค์กรอัยการ รัฐวิสาหกิจ องค์การมหาชน และกองทุน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม “เยี่ยมชมรัฐสภา 360 องศา เรียนรู้ระบบงานรัฐสภา กับประธานกรรมาธิการ” ปีที่ 2 ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ครั้งที่ 2 พร้อมทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ “กระบวนการทำงาน บทบาทหน้าที่และอำนาจของคณะกรรมาธิการ”

พร้อมกันนี้ นางสาวพนิดา มงคลสวัสดิ์ รองประธานคณะกรรมาธิการกิจการศาล องค์กรอิสระฯ คนที่หนึ่ง ได้เข้าร่วมให้ข้อมูลแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ โดยมี นักเรียนโรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษาน้อมเกล้า กบินทร์บุรี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี โรงเรียนชุมชนบ้านหนองฝ้าย จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โรงเรียนบางปะอิน จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

สำหรับโครงการดังกล่าว สำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร โดยกลุ่มงานสารนิเทศ สำนักประชาสัมพันธ์ จัดขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่บทบาท อำนาจหน้าที่ และกลไกการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมาธิการสามัญทั้ง 35 คณะ ให้ประชาชนได้รับความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้อง และสามารถติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมาธิการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมทั้งเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการนิติบัญญัติ ตลอดจนบทบาทของรัฐสภาในการควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และถ่วงดุลการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน รวมทั้งส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกความเป็นพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย และสร้างช่องทางการสื่อสารที่ดีระหว่างรัฐสภากับภาคประชาชน โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วยนักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป ซึ่งจัดขึ้นทุกวันพุธและวันพฤหัสบดี ตลอดสมัยประชุมสามัญประจำปีของสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ณ ห้องประชุมสัมมนา ชั้น B1 อาคารรัฐสภา จำนวน 35 ครั้ง โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งละ 120 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 4,200 คน

🌱 ยกระดับ 8 วิสาหกิจชุมชนผ่านโครงการการพัฒนาธุรกิจด้วยนวัตกรรมและหลักการความยั่งยืน (ISBD) ปีที่ 2 ณ ศูนย์พัฒนาชนบทผสมผสานบ้านไผ่ จ.ขอนแก่น ภายใต้การสนับสนุนจากมูลนิธิคอนราด อาเดนาวร์ (KAS)
🤝 เมื่อวันที่ 13 มิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา ศูนย์ฯ บ้านไผ่ จ.ขอนแก่น ร่วมกับทีมวิทยากรจากศูนย์บ่มเพาะวิสาหกิจ วิทยาลัยบัณฑิตเอเซีย จัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ “การจัดการธุรกิจชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนด้วยหลักเศรษฐกิจระบบตลาดเพื่อสังคม” โดยมีไฮไลต์สำคัญเป็นการฝึกคิดโมเดลธุรกิจอย่างเป็นระบบผ่านแผนตาราง 9 ช่อง รวมทั้งการศึกษาโมเดลเศรษฐกิจ BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) และแนวคิดหลักเศรษฐกิจระบบตลาดเพื่อสังคม (Social Market Economy)
📝 ทั้งนี้ แผนธุรกิจจากการประชุมได้สะท้อนแนวทางการแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์อย่างเป็นธรรม (Benefit Sharing) เพื่อให้สมาชิก ชุมชน และสิ่งแวดล้อมได้รับประโยชน์ร่วมกันอย่างสมดุล ซึ่งเป็นเป้าหมายสำคัญของโครงการในการพัฒนาธุรกิจชุมชนให้มีความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ควบคู่กับความยั่งยืนทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อมในระยะยาว

🌱 Advancing Community Enterprises through the 2nd Innovation and Sustainability in Business Development (ISBD) Project, supported by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), at the Ban Phai CBIRD (Community Based Integrated Rural Development) Centre, Khon Kaen Province.
🤝 On 13 June, CBIRD Ban Phai, Khon Kaen Province, in collaboration with trainers from the College of Asian Scholars University Business Incubator (CASUBI), organised a workshop on “Social Market Economy for Sustainable Community Business Development.” A key highlight of the workshop was hands-on training in developing business models systematically using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), alongside discussions on the BCG (Bio-Circular-Green) Economy and the principles of the Social Market Economy.
📝 The Business Model Canvas developed during the workshop reflected the concept of benefit sharing, ensuring that members, communities, and the environment can benefit together in a balanced and equitable manner. This aligns with the project’s objective of strengthening the competitiveness of community business groups while promoting long-term economic, social, and environmental sustainability.
The project aims to enhance the capacities of occupational groups and community enterprises across seven target provinces, supporting Thailand’s socio-economic development through innovative and sustainable approaches. 📣 Stay tuned for updates and activities, supported by KAS, from other CBIRD centres.
