Sake, Beyond the Glass. 👀🍸

ครั้งนี้เราอยากชวน F&B Professionals และ Bartenders มาทำความรู้จักสาเกให้ลึกขึ้น ตั้งแต่พื้นฐานของสาเก ไปจนถึงการนำไปต่อยอดในโลกของค็อกเทล และการ Pairing กับอาหารโดย Kenji’s Lab

เพราะเราเชื่อว่าสาเกไม่จำเป็นต้องอยู่แค่บนโต๊ะอาหารญี่ปุ่น แต่สามารถเป็นอีกหนึ่งวัตถุดิบที่น่าสนใจหลังบาร์ได้เช่นกัน 🙌

ในเซสชันนี้ นอกจาก Fundamental Sake แล้ว เรายังชวนเพื่อนบ้านจาก Teens of Thailand, Asia Today, TAX และ G.O.D. มาร่วมตีความสาเกผ่านค็อกเทลในแบบของแต่ละบาร์ ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ชิม ได้เห็นความเป็นไปได้ใหม่ ๆ และนำไอเดียกลับไปทดลองต่อในบาร์ของตัวเอง

จากความเข้าใจพื้นฐาน สู่ไอเดียใหม่หลังบาร์
เพื่อให้สาเกเข้าไปเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวงการ F&B ได้กว้างขึ้น 🍶🫶
