ไก่ทอด KFC ในนาทีที่ 90 หลังวางขายหายไปไหน?
หลายคนอาจจะไม่รู้ว่าปัจจุบัน
KFC หลายสาขาได้ส่งต่อ 'ไก่น้อง'
สู่ชุมชนไปแล้วกว่า 149 ตัน ผ่าน SOS Thailand
ในนาทีที่ 90 หลังจากการวางขาย
ไก่น้องจะถูกเก็บจากหน้าร้านและ
เข้าสู่กระบวนการการกอบกู้อาหาร (Food Rescue)
เพื่อเตรียมพร้อมส่งต่อไปยังชุมชนต่อไป
ในระยะเวลา 6 ปีที่ผ่านมา
ไก่น้องเดินทางไปสู่จานของชุมชนแล้วมากกว่า 600 ชุมชนทั่วไทย
จากหน้าร้านถึงปลายทางชุมชนผู้รับ
ความร่วมมือภายใต้โครงการ KFC Harvest
ถูกพิสูจน์แล้วว่าสามารถช่วยลด Food Loss & Waste ได้จริง
อีกทั้งยังเพิ่มการเข้าถึงอาหารที่มีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการของชุมชนอีกด้วย
และนี่คือโมเดลความสำเร็จจากภาคธุรกิจที่ขับเคลื่อนร่วมกับพันธมิตรและชุมชน
เพื่อสร้างอนาคตความยั่งยืนในระบบอาหารไทย

Where does KFC’s fried chicken go at the 90th minute after it’s put on sale? 🍗
Many people may not know that KFC branches have already redistributed more than 149 tons of “Kai Nong” fried chicken to communities through SOS Thailand.
At the 90th minute after being placed for sale, unsold chicken is collected from the storefront and enters our Food Rescue process—ready to be distributed to communities in need.
Over 6 years, Kai Nong fried chicken has made its way onto plates in more than 600 communities across Thailand.
From KFC branches to community tables, the KFC Harvest partnership has demonstrated how Food Rescue can help reduce Food Loss & Waste while increasing access to nutritious food for communities.
This is a successful Food Rescue model showing how the private sector can drive meaningful change alongside partners and communities—helping build a more sustainable and food-secure future for Thailand’s food system. 🍗💚

กลับมาอีกครั้งกับครัวรักษ์อาหาร
และการส่งต่ออาหารเพื่อชุมชน
ขอบคุณทุกคนที่มาร่วมกิจกรรมกันวันนี้
เปิดครัวรักษ์อาหารวันนี้ ที่ วัดฝาง อ.เมือง นนทบุรี
ตื่นแต่เช้า พร้อมลุยจับหม้อ ควงตะหลิวลงครัวพร้อมป้า ๆ น้า ๆ
ลุยต่อจับมือพันธมิตรส่งต่อมื้อพิเศษแก่น้อง ๆ และชุมชน
"อิ่มใจผู้ให้ สุขใจผู้รับ"
จากความร่วมมือของทุกคน ทำให้กิจกรรมวันนี้ผ่านไปได้ด้วยดี

Back again with our Rescue Kitchen—let's nourish communities together. 💚
Thank you to everyone who joined us for today's activity!
Today's Rescue Kitchen opened at Wat Fang, Mueang District, Nonthaburi. We started early, with pots on and spatulas in hand, cooking alongside our incredible aunties and volunteers. Together with our partners, we prepared and delivered special meals to children and communities in the area.
A full heart for the giver, a happy heart for the receiver.
Thanks to everyone's collaboration, today's activity went smoothly. Here's a glimpse of this morning—full of smiles, dedication, and the power of partnership.

วัตถุดิบมากกว่า 284,000 กิโลกรัม
ถูกเปลี่ยนเป็นมื้ออาหารมากกว่า 1.1 ล้านมื้อ
เข้าถึงผู้คนมากกว่า 170 ชุมชน
และนี่คือการเปลี่ยนอาหารส่วนเกินในระบบ
เป็นทรัพยากรเพื่อชุมชน เพื่อเพิ่มการเข้าถึงอาหารของผู้คน
MK Group ยังคงเดินหน้ากอบกู้อาหาร (Food Rescue)

เมื่อวานเก็บเกี่ยว วันนี้ดำนา
วิถีคนหลังสู้ฟ้า หน้าสู้ดินของจริง
สัมผัสต้นน้ำของระบบอาหาร กว่าจะมาเป็นข้าว 1 จาน
แค่เริ่มก็เลอะแล้ว แต่ ๆ สนุกบอกเลย
ทีมงานเอสโอเอส สาขาเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วยน้อง ๆ จาก IIE และ IYF
และทีมงานจาก Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel
เปลี่ยนสถานที่ทำงานมาอยู่กันกลางทุ่งไร่พิมพ์ใจ เชียงดาว
จุดเริ่มต้นของอาหาร ใช้ทรัพยากรไม่น้อย
กว่าจะเป็นหนึ่งมื้อให้เราได้กิน
ร่วมกันลดการสูญเสียอาหารตั้งแต่ต้นทางถึงปลายน้ำ
จะช่วยยืดสายพานอาหารสู่ผู้คนที่ต้องการได้อีกมากมาย

Get a taste of where our food system truly begins, so the long road to just one plate of rice. We'd barely started before we were covered in mud, but honestly? So much fun.
Our SOS Chiang Mai team, joined by volunteers from IIE and IYF, along with the team from Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel,
traded their usual workspace for the Pim Jai rice fields, Chiang Dao.
Every meal starts with agriculture, and every harvest requires care, effort, and valuable resources.
By working together to reduce food loss from farm to table, we can make better use of every harvest and help ensure nutritious food reaches even more people who need it. 🌾💚
