✨👸 หญิงยุคใหม่ รู้ทัน และ กินเป็น 🥗 🛡️ สร้างเกราะต้านมะเร็งทำได้จริง!! 💪✨

🎗️ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ เป็นวันมะเร็งโลก (World Cancer Day) เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักรู้ในโรคมะเร็ง ทั้งการป้องกัน การตรวจคัดกรอง และส่งเสริมการรักษา 🩺💕

📉 ในปีงบประมาณ 2568 ประเทศไทยยังคงเผชิญวิกฤตมะเร็ง โดยมี ผู้ป่วยรายใหม่สูงถึง 140,000 คนต่อปี หรือเฉลี่ยวันละ 400 คน 🚨 (ข้อมูลโดย กรมการแพทย์ (2568) สถิติโรคมะเร็งประเทศไทย)

🌸 และมะเร็งร้ายในผู้หญิงยังคงเป็น มะเร็งเต้านม (34.2%) และ มะเร็งปากมดลูก (11.1%) ที่เป็นภัยคุกคามสำคัญ 👩‍⚕️ กรมอนามัย เล็งเห็นถึงปัญหานี้ จึงหาแนวทางดูแลสุขภาพ ด้วยวิธีที่ หญิงยุคใหม่ ทำได้แน่นอน กับ รู้ทัน(เลี่ยงด่วน) และ กินเป็น(กินสู้โรค) สร้างเกราะต้านมะเร็ง!! 🛡️✨

🚫 เลี่ยงด่วน (อาหารเสี่ยง):
❌ อาหารไขมันสูง & เนื้อแดงแปรรูป: ต้นเหตุสำคัญของมะเร็งเต้านม ลำไส้ และต่อมลูกหมาก 🥓🥩
❌ ของทอดซ้ำ & ปิ้งย่างไหม้เกรียม: แหล่งสะสมสารก่อมะเร็ง 🍟🔥
❌ อาหารหมักดอง: เพิ่มความเสี่ยงมะเร็ง 🥫🧂

✅ กินสู้โรค (อาหารต้านมะเร็ง):

Help us look outward — researching grants, donors, and Rotary clubs globally, and following up with supporters who already love what we do.
📧 Email Marketing & Promotion
We have a list of 400+ engaged supporters. Help us use Mailchimp (easy and free) to share updates, promote events, and raise awareness.

District Conference & Training Assembly
Attendance keeps us officially registered as a Rotary Club — and it’s a great excuse to travel, learn, and connect. Costs are covered by membership fees.
