We were pleased to deliver the Q3 Emotional Intelligence (EI) Training on September 11, 2026, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at the Training Room, OZO Phuket, helping team members strengthen their emotional awareness and service excellence skills.🙌

The People Manager Series this year was successfully Module 1completed at OZO Phuket.

This session brought together 8 participants, providing a valuable opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, and strengthen their leadership capabilities through collaboration and shared experiences.

🌱 A great step forward in fostering a growth mindset, enhancing coaching skills, and supporting continuous development across our teams.
Thank you to the Amari Phuket for the warm welcome and for giving me the opportunity to visit the property and conduct the training. It’s always rewarding to see participants put the learning into practice.
