นายเสฏฐนันท์ อังกูรภาสวิชญ์ คณะกรรมการบริหารลูกเสือแห่งชาติ ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม“ลูกเสือพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์” Scouts go Solar รุ่นที่ 2 พร้อมให้โอวาทแก่ลูกเสือและผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการเป็นเยาวชนต้นแบบด้านการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม
ในการนี้ นายชาญชัย เดชพละ นายกสโมสรลูกเสือพยัคฆ์วชิระ พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน ผู้กำกับลูกเสือ และผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น และติดตามการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างใกล้ชิด
การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างสโมสรลูกเสือพยัคฆ์วชิระ สโมสรลูกเสือขอนแก่น เขต 2 สำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ประจำจังหวัดขอนแก่น และสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 2 โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะเชิงปฏิบัติให้ลูกเสือเข้าใจแนวคิดพลังงานสะอาด (Clean Energy) และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ (Solar Energy) ในชีวิตประจำวันได้จริง
กิจกรรมในรุ่นที่ 2 เน้นกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบลงมือปฏิบัติ (Active Learning) ผ่านฐานทดลองและเวิร์กชอปด้านพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ การออกแบบอุปกรณ์อย่างง่าย ตลอดจนกิจกรรมกลุ่มที่พัฒนาทักษะการคิดแก้ปัญหา การวางแผน และการทำงานร่วมกัน ภายใต้กรอบอุดมการณ์ลูกเสือไทยที่ยึดมั่นในวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ และจิตอาสา
บรรยากาศการเรียนรู้เป็นไปอย่างมีชีวิตชีวา ลูกเสือให้ความสนใจ ซักถาม แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และร่วมกันสร้างผลงานอย่างภาคภูมิใจ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของเยาวชนไทยในการก้าวสู่การเป็นพลเมืองที่ตระหนักรู้ด้านพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมขยายผลความรู้สู่ครอบครัวและชุมชนต่อไปอย่างยั่งยืน
Mr. Settanun Ungkulpasvich, Executive Committee Member of the National Scout Organization of Thailand and International Commissioner, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Scouts Go Solar” (2nd Generation) activity and delivered an address to the scouts and their leaders, inspiring them to become role models in energy conservation and environmental stewardship.
On this occasion, Mr. Chanchai Dechpala, President of the Payakvajira Scout Club, together with the organizing committee, scoutmasters, and scout leaders, warmly welcomed the distinguished guests and closely followed the implementation of the activities.
This event was organized through the collaboration of the Payakvajira Scout Club, Khon Kaen Scout Club Area 2, the Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, and the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The program focused on developing practical skills to help scouts understand clean energy concepts and apply solar energy in their daily lives.
The second generation of the program emphasized hands-on learning (Active Learning) through experimental stations and solar energy workshops, simple device design activities, and group work aimed at enhancing problem-solving, planning, and teamwork skills. All activities were conducted in line with the ideals of Thai scouting, which uphold discipline, responsibility, and volunteer spirit.
The learning atmosphere was lively and engaging. The scouts showed great interest, asked questions, exchanged ideas, and proudly created their own projects—reflecting the potential of Thai youth to become energy- and environmentally-conscious citizens who can sustainably extend their knowledge to their families and communities.
