Le 3 novembre 2025, à 10h30, les États membres et les parties prenantes se réuniront en marge du deuxième Sommet mondial pour le développement social à l'occasion du Forum des solutions de Doha pour le développement social , une vitrine de politiques et d'initiatives exemplaires ayant des impacts positifs sur le développement social.

Le Togo est représenter H.E. Ms Mazamesso ASSIH Ministre du Développement à la Base et de l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire parmis les intervenants mettront en lumière les bonnes pratiques dans quatre domaines d'action transversaux :

Workers in informal employment stand together at the International Labour Conference ✊

HomeNet International, the International Alliance of Waste Pickers - GlobalRec, the International Domestic Workers Federation, StreetNet, the UTEP and WIEGO share our Global Position Paper on Formalization for this year’s International Labour Organization's International Labour Conference, which articulates our collective demands, including:

🔸Approaching formalization from a rights-based perspective;
🔸Implementing national laws which recognize and protect all workers - including own-account workers;
🔸Expanding and institutionalizing the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining for all workers;
🔸Focusing formalization efforts on risk reduction through inclusive and appropriate public policies rather than productivity;
🔸Extending access to social protection to all workers as it reduces vulnerability to shocks, while promoting well-being and economic stability.
