Donatien lives with his mother, Afi, and his younger brother, Pierre. Some time ago, the family faced a difficult challenge — Pierre was suffering from a tumor, and Afi could not afford the necessary treatment.
Although Pierre was not registered in the Compassion program, the center decided to step in and support the family. Thanks to this act of compassion, Pierre was able to receive proper medical care and regain his health.
Today, Donatien expresses his gratitude:
“I no longer worry; my little brother is doing well now. He means so much to me, and I’m happy he’s alive.”
Their mother, Afi, adds:
“Without the center’s help, my son would not be alive today.”
