Meet Sizwe 😁

Sizwe has been a part of our Youth Empowerment Mentorship program since the beginning. He is one incredible young man and we are so proud of how much he has accomplished! We can’t wait to see what his future holds with his business, leadership, and in life 🎉

Our Youth Empowerment initiative strives to help create opportunities for youths to grow in holistic health so they can reach their full potential and so that every young person has access to resources and support. 🌴

Happy June!

June is a really exciting and full month for us! We have a lot of visitors, our first church team coming through, and our first peace project workshop. Thank you for partnering with us and helping us grow the grove 🌴♥️

Serving, loving, and growing in community ♥️🏡

We are so grateful to partner with the University of Iowa school of nursing! They were such a blessing to have with us on our our home visits with our kiddos. What a fresh excitement they brought in loving on our families and supporting us in our mission 🌴

Thank you to Kim and Anita, their professors, and the students for diving in with us both in outreach and conversation. We love having the opportunity to grow the grove with them ♥️

We believe every child deserves to be seen, heard, and understood. 🤟❤️

We did a sign language course for our deaf children and their caregivers, who have never had the opportunity to learn sign language before. Our families finally had the opportunity to learn to communicate with one another, creating a new connection between them.

We are so grateful for the chance to help bridge the communication gap and create deeper relationships within these families. Please continue to pray for our kids and caregivers as they learn and grow together. 🌴

Visiting our caregivers at home with kids with disabilities is always a heartwarming experience ❤️. It boosts our team's spirit to support and spread hope, compassion, and dignity. We are Silusendvo (Family), united 1️⃣ in Christ

We had the privilege of visiting Section 19 to deliver food packages. This outreach was made possible by the incredible generosity of Cayucos Community Church. Seeing the strength of this community reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

Yes! 🙌🏼 He is risen !!!

Now a time of reflection as we celebrate 🎉 the easter season . A celebration of hope ,love and service.

This remind us about powerful message of hope and sacrifice and new life through the resurrection of Jesus Christ .

Easter celebration 🎊 is not only a time of reflection but also a call to live our faith through love ,compassion and service to others with values that are at the heart 💜 of Palm Grove Initiatives (PGI).

As it is written in 2 Corinthians 5:17” lf anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone , the new is here !

As we celebrate 🎉 this season may we continue to be instruments of peace,love , compassion and inclusion to reflect the true meaning of Easter in all that we do . Amen 🙏
