May isn’t just another month, it is a time to pause, reflect, and remind ourselves that mental health is just as important as everything else around us. For some, May means advocacy and awareness for others, it’s about appreciation, healing, or sharing personal stories. Whatever it means to you, May is a chance to break the stigma, celebrate resilience, and add your voice to the conversation.

We are gathered in Ngwane Park with HealthPlus 4 Men -Swaziland, AHF Eswatini, and CANGO News to share best practices in HIV prevention and sexual health. This gathering brings together service providers and the key population & vulnerable women to strengthen uptake on PrEP, PEP, treatment as prevention, harm reduction, and sexual and reproductive health education. The priority is to prevent HIV and STIs through clear information, accessible screening, and stigma-free care.
Beyond clinical services, we are empowering individuals by building confidence, urgency, and positive health-seeking behaviours. We are also investing in life skills, communication, decision-making, negotiation, and resilience, to help in the navigation of everyday challenges.

We're in Mental Health Awareness Month, and there's no better time to break the silence and prioritize your well-being. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just need someone to talk to, you don't have to go through it alone.

🗣️ We offer FREE counseling services , reach out to us today and take that first step toward healing and balance. Because seeking help isn't a sign of weakness , it's a sign of strength. 💪
