Menstruation is not dirty, and breaking menstrual taboos is not only a women's responsibility. As men, we also have a role to play in fighting period poverty.

Many young girls across Eswatini miss school due to a lack of access to menstrual hygiene products. Together, we can help restore dignity, confidence, and equal opportunities for every girl child.

I stand with girls and young women across Eswatini and invite you to support this cause by donating:

🩲 Panties
🧴 Roll-on deodorant
🪥 Toothbrushes and toothpaste
💙 Vaseline
🎁 And other essential hygiene products

I'm not doing what I do for likes, fame, or praise.

Knowing that many young girls miss school because they lack access to menstrual hygiene products truly breaks my heart 💔. We must also remember those living with disabilities 🧑‍🦽 who face even greater challenges.

Menstruation is a reality, and period poverty is real. Together, we must end it by all means possible.
