Today, as we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we're reflecting on the vision that started it all.

"Christians are to be salt and light in the world ... and that compels us to work for justice and righteousness amid the injustices of our society ... And when we do so, applying biblical principles to the tough situations confronting us in the prisons and the criminal justice system ... it is a powerful witness to an often-skeptical world that the Gospel is not a benign, abstract philosophy, but a life-giving relationship with the living Christ who has the power not only to change human hearts, but to bring real hope situations the world may deem hopeless ..." —Chuck Colson

For 50 years, we've witnessed the power of Christ to transform lives. To bring justice, mercy, and hope. To make second chances possible. If you're celebrating with us today, thank you for being part of this mission!

Evangelism at Matsapha Criminal Asylum Section:
Sunday's ministry at the Criminal Health Centre was a blessing. As part of promoting spiritual growth,
one of the incarcerated brothers was given an opportunity to share a message. He shared from Proverbs 14:27, encouraging the brothers to fear the Lord, walk in His wisdom, and remain faithful.
We thank God for His presence and for using the Brother to minister to the brothers. May the Word continue to bear fruit in their lives. Evangelist Gcina Nhlabatsi coordinated this exercise. To God be all the glory.

Evangelism at Criminal Asylum :
Theme: Life After the Storm- Gen 9:28
This Past Weekend (Sunday),Ministry was successfully conducted by Prison Fellowship Eswatini Volunteers (Led by Ev Gcina Nhlabatsi) at Criminal Mental Health Centre in Matsapha. The message was centred around encouraging the Brothers that, just as Noah lived many years after the flood, God still has a purpose for every life after every storm. They were reminded that difficult seasons are not the end of their story.
The congregation was encouraged through Isaiah 43:2, Philippians 1:6, and Ecclesiastes 3:1, emphasizing that God is with His people through every trial, He will complete the work He has begun, and every season has its appointed time.
We appreciate the collaboration with HMCS and stakeholders for the successful Rehabilitation % Reintegration of the Clients kept in their custody.

Evangelism at Criminal Asylum Section :
This Past Sunday, 12 July 2026, Prison Fellowship volunteers, led by Ev Gcina Nhlabatsi, visited Criminal Asylum Section in Matsapha to extend the tangible love of Christ through sharing the Gospel (Good News).

Ev Gcina shared an Inspirational Sermon Titled 'Face Your Giants with Faith' derived from the old Testament book of 1 Samuel 17:32.-"David said to Saul, 'Let no one lose heart... your servant will go and fight him.'"
He narrated that life may often times bring many giants, but David teaches us to focus on God’s greatness, not the size of our challenges.
Furthermore,he said we may face giants of regret, pain, and past mistakes, while officers face daily pressures. But God reminds us: “Do not lose heart.” Your situation does not define your future.
David defeated Goliath because he trusted God.
When we put our lives in God’s hands, He gives us strength to overcome.

Lessons from David:
• Do not fear, for God is greater than every giant.
• Remember God’s faithfulness.
• Trust God, because your story is not finished.

Conclusion:
The God who gave David victory and is still able to bring hope, restoration, and new beginnings.

Prayer: Lord, give us courage to face our giants with faith.
