Seeking help is a sign of strength, and no one should have to struggle alone. By raising awareness and reducing stigma, we can help create healthier, more supportive communities for all.

Take care of your mind, just as you take care of your body.

February 24th, 2006 Baylor Foundation Eswatini opened it's doors to serve the children, adolescents, and families of Eswatini—with this year marking twenty years of service, expansion, and innovation in care. This past week Baylor hosted the Ministry of Health Eswatini, our board members, staff, and constituents to share in celebration of this milestone achievement. We are grateful to the Minister for Health Mduduzi Matsebula and senior officials for joining us and recognizing the work we have put into serving emaSwati and to Eswatini attaining the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets in the fight against HIV. Cheers to the next twenty years of growth and compassionate patient-centered care!

Melanoma Monday is a reminder that skin cancer is serious—but also preventable and treatable when detected early.

Check your skin regularly, protect yourself from harmful sun exposure, and seek medical care if you notice any new or changing moles or spots. Early detection can save lives.

At Baylor Foundation Eswatini, we encourage everyone to take simple steps to protect their skin and prioritize their health. đź–¤
