This Women's Month, ESGM celebrates the strength, courage, and leadership of all women who continue to shape a more just and inclusive Eswatini. We honour the women who challenge injustice, build communities, care for others, and inspire change every day.
We also recognize that women are diverse. Every woman deserves to live free from discrimination, violence, and exclusion, with equal opportunities to thrive.
As we commemorate Women's Month, let us continue working together to create a society where every woman is respected, protected, and empowered.

Leadership is not only about looking ahead, but also about reflecting on the journey. Today, our Board of Directors and programme team came together to reflect on Pride 2026, celebrate our successes, unpack the challenges we encountered, and identify valuable lessons that will help us deliver an even stronger and more impactful event in the future. Growth begins with honest reflection, and we're excited about what lies ahead.
