CLARIFICATION on the "Performance Management System (PMS) Workshop" organized by Mliba Cluster of Schools

The allegation that EPA organised a workshop on the forthcoming Performance Management System is false and constitutes nothing more than propaganda intended to mislead members and tarnish our Association's reputation.

Information available indicates that the Inspection Tools workshop in question was organised under the auspices of the MLIBA CLUSTER OF SCHOOLS and facilitated by officials from the Inspectorate Department of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Everyone, including those responsible for circulating this misinformation, know very well that EPA only organises professional development activities for its members (School Principals and Deputy Principals).

Members are therefore urged to disregard these baseless and misleading allegations and to rely only on official EPA communication for accurate information.

🥳 EPA RETIREES' FORUM TAKES SHAPE! 🎉

History was made today as retired members of the Eswatini Principals Association (EPA) gathered at Mjingo High School for a warm, memorable and laughter-filled follow-up meeting. 🤝😊

The gathering was not only productive but also rich in fellowship, wonderful storytelling and plenty of laughter. 😂❤️

In true EPA fashion, the meeting also got down to business.

Members successfully:
✅ Elected an Interim Executive Committee to serve for a period of 12 months;
✅ Agreed on key leadership positions; and
✅ Took another important step towards establishing a vibrant EPA Retirees' Forum.

👏 Congratulations to the newly elected office bearers! We wish them wisdom and every success as they lead this exciting new chapter.

👌 Our retirees look **mncaaa!** They look far too young to be retired.

📣 TO ALL RETIRED EPA MEMBERS WHO WERE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE TWO MEETINGS: This Forum belongs to you too.

We warmly invite you to reconnect with former colleagues, forge new friendships, share your wealth of experience and continue contributing to the noble profession that has shaped generations. 🤝❤️

Retirement is not the end of the journey—it is the beginning of a new season of fellowship, purpose and enjoyment. 🌿✨

**💙 YOUR SEAT IS WAITING.
🗣️ YOUR VOICE MATTERS.
🏆 YOUR LEGACY CONTINUES.**

**MUHLE EPA!** 💙💛
