In our Self Help meeting the women received a powerful message and understood that real change start within. A good tree produces good fruit. In the same way, the fruit we bear reflects what is happening within us. Before trying to change what we see on the outside, we must be willing to examine our own hearts and allow God to work in us.

HELPING IS GOOD — An initiative of the Caleb Group Universal that mobilises volunteers to support senior citizens through practical acts of love, care and kindness.

Two elderly members of the group, aged 73 and 84, received support from volunteers, bringing greater comfort, dignity and well-being to their daily lives.

The Helping Is Good event reminds us that caring for others means being present, showing compassion and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
