Officers Battling Illnesses Officers Battling Illnesses support Officers of the New Iberia Police Department battling various illnesses.

Four Officers endured lengthy cancer battles within the last year. Unfortunately, these Officers will take treatment for the remainder of their lives. Due to expensive medical treatments, we ask for the community's assistance in lessening their financial burden through sponsorships, donations, and fundraisers. Various events will be held to assist those Officers who have suffered illness and other

Sergeant Coquina Mitchell - Stage 1B Breast Cancer
Dispatcher Sara Hollingsworth - Stage 2 Hodgkins Lymphoma

Financial contributions can be made at any Community First Bank location to deposit into the benefit checking account for Officers Battling Illnesses.
