REACH: A non-governmental and civil society organization it's an independent non-profit organization, Based in Syria - Idlib - Hazano - working across Syria and Turkey as part of the Syrian humanitarian response. We firmly believe in "Rehabilitation, Education, Aid, consulting, Health" and Capacity Building of local NGOs and of local communities themselves to take the lead in addressing their own
challenges. We believe that when we develop local organizations and local communities, we help them provide the best services to people in need, become better funded to carry out their functions and ensure their sustainability. At the same time, we believe that when we empower people, local communities are left in better shape in the long run. It immediately became clear to REACH that despite the well-meaning efforts of civil society organizations to stem this humanitarian crisis, most of the effort was impeded by lack of capacity, expertise and knowledge, which made many efforts to help ineffective. In order to address this skills, consulting, knowledge and capacity gap, REACH has established training programs that empower local community on the ground to meet the needs of the people of Syria.
ريتش: منظمة غير حكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني هي منظمة مستقلة غير ربحية، مقرها في سوريا - إدلب - حزانو - وتعمل في جميع أنحاء سوريا وتركيا كجزء من الاستجابة الإنسانية السورية.
تأسست منظمة ريتش في نوفمبر 2015 ردا على هذه المأساة الإنسانية التي تكشفت عن الحرب السورية.
ونحن نؤمن إيمانا راسخا ب "إعادة التأهيل والتعليم والمساعدات والاستشارات وبناء قدرات والصحة" ونعمل بجد على بناء قدرات المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية والمجتمعات المحلية نفسها لأخذ زمام المبادرة في مواجهة التحديات الخاصة بهم. ونحن نعتقد أنه عندما نطور المنظمات المحلية والمجتمعات المحلية، فنحن نساعدهم على تقديم أفضل الخدمات للأشخاص المحتاجين، وليصبحوا أفضل تمويلا لأداء وظائفهم وضمان الاستدامة. وفي الوقت نفسه، نعتقد أنه عندما نمكن الناس، تبقى المجتمعات المحلية في وضع أفضل على المدى الطويل.
وبات واضحا على الفور ل ريتش انه على الرغم من الجهود الجيدة التي تبذلها منظمات المجتمع المدني لوقف هذه الأزمة الإنسانية، فإن معظم الجهود عرقلها الافتقار إلى القدرات والخبرات والمعرفة، الأمر الذي جعل الكثير من الجهود للمساعدة غير فعالة. ومن أجل معالجة هذه المهارات والاستشارات والمعرفة والفجوة في القدرات، وضعت ريتش برامج تدريبية تمكن المجتمع المحلي على الأرض لتلبية احتياجات الشعب السوري.
