أسّس هذا المركز على يد الآباء اليسوعيين في سوريا لخدمة مدينة حمص، خصوصاً أحياء: العدوية، النزهة وباب السباع، ومنطقة حمص القديمة: حي بستان الديوان والحميدية والورشة. يلعب المركز اليوم دوراً تربوياً تعليمياً لخدمة الأطفال في هذه الأحياء وكذلك الأطفال الذين تركوا مدارسهم بسبب الأحداث الأخيرة في وطننا.

Aujourd'hui, le centre joue un rôle important en servant les enfants qui ont manqué leurs écoles en raison de la situation récente dans le pays. Le centre accueille aujourd'hui plus de de cinq cente élèves de toutes les confessions
This center has been establish by the Jesuits Fathers in Syria to serve the city of Homes, especially neighborhoods such as: Al adawia, Alnuzha, and Bab Alsebaa. Today the center plays an educatuanal role by serving the nighborhood's children who had left their school because of the recent situation in the country. The center curently hosts today more than five hundreds boys and gilrs of all faiths.
