نفخر في مؤسسة نخلة بمشاركة عدد من متطوعينا في برنامج بناء القدرات التنظيمية لمنظمات المجتمع المدني السورية – Organizational Capacity Building for Syrian CSOs، الذي نُفذ في دير الزور خلال شهر حزيران 2026 ضمن برنامج BRIDGE – Strengthening the Capacities of the Syrian Civil Society، بتنفيذ WINS Global Consult لصالح GIZ.

تضمنت التدريبات ثلاثة محاور رئيسية أساسية لتطوير العمل المؤسسي:

الحوكمة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي – إدارة المشاريع – الإدارة المالية

تمثل هذه المشاركة خطوة مهمة في تعزيز قدرات فريقنا، وتطوير أساليب العمل الإداري والمالي، وتحسين التخطيط وإدارة المشاريع بما ينعكس على جودة البرامج والخدمات التي تقدمها المؤسسة للمجتمعات التي تعمل معها.

نتوجه بالشكر والتقدير إلى WINS Global Consult وGIZ-BRIDGE وجميع القائمين على التدريب، كما نثمن التزام متطوعي مؤسسة نخلة وحرصهم المستمر على تطوير معارفهم ومهاراتهم.

At Nakhla Foundation, we are proud of the participation of our volunteers in the Organizational Capacity Building for Syrian CSOs training programme, held in Deir El-Zoor in June 2026 under BRIDGE – Strengthening the Capacities of the Syrian Civil Society, implemented by WINS Global Consult on behalf of GIZ.

The training covered three key areas essential to strengthening institutional performance:

Governance & Strategic Planning – Project Management – Financial Management

This participation represents an important step in strengthening our team’s capacities, improving administrative and financial practices, and enhancing planning and project management in order to deliver stronger and more effective programmes for the communities we serve.

We extend our sincere appreciation to WINS Global Consult, GIZ-BRIDGE, and everyone involved in delivering the training. We also thank Nakhla Foundation’s volunteers for their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

We believe that building a stronger institution starts with investing in the capacities of its team.

مشاركة مؤسسة نخلة في ورشة عمل الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتنمية الطفولة المبكرة
في إطار جهودها الرامية إلى دعم حقوق الأطفال وتعزيز قطاع الطفولة المبكرة، شاركت مؤسسة نخلة في ورشة العمل الخاصة بـ الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتنمية الطفولة المبكرة في الجمهورية العربية السورية، والتي خُصصت للجهات غير الحكومية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، بحضور عدد من المؤسسات الفاعلة من مختلف المحافظات السورية، إلى جانب ممثلين عن الجهات الرسمية ومنظمة اليونيسف.
وشكلت الورشة فرصة مهمة للتعرف على أهداف الاستراتيجية الوطنية ومكوناتها الأساسية، ومناقشة آليات التنفيذ العملية ضمن محوري التعليم والحماية، إضافة إلى تعزيز التواصل والتنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية والشركاء المعنيين.
تؤمن مؤسسة نخلة بأن الاستثمار في الطفولة المبكرة هو استثمار في مستقبل سوريا، وتؤكد استمرارها في دعم المبادرات التي تسهم في بناء بيئة أكثر أماناً وإنصافاً للأطفال.

Nakhla Foundation Participation in the Early Childhood Development National Strategy Workshop
As part of its ongoing efforts to support children’s rights and strengthen the early childhood sector, Nakhla Foundation participated in the workshop on the National Strategy for Early Childhood Development in the Syrian Arab Republic. The session was dedicated to NGOs and civil society organizations, with the participation of active institutions from different Syrian governorates, in addition to representatives of official bodies and UNICEF.
The workshop provided an important opportunity to explore the strategy’s goals and core components, while discussing practical implementation mechanisms within the two main pillars of education and protection. It also contributed to strengthening communication and coordination with official stakeholders and relevant partners.
Nakhla Foundation believes that investing in early childhood is an investment in Syria’s future, and reaffirms its commitment to supporting initiatives that help create a safer and more equitable environment for children.
