بعد إعادة تأهيله.. افتتاح المجمّع القضائي في خان شيخون

افتتحت وزارة العدل المجمّع القضائي في بريف إدلب، بالشراكة مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي في سوريا (UNDP) وبتمويل من إيطاليا، وتنفيذ منظمة التنمية السورية بعد استكمال أعمال إعادة تأهيله ضمن مشروع (الوصول إلى العدالة).

شملت الأعمال ترميم المبنى وإكساء الواجهات والأرضيات والجدران، وتجديد شبكات الكهرباء والصرف الصحي، وتنفيذ أعمال العزل، إضافة إلى تجهيز المكاتب بالأثاث وتزويدها بالحواسيب والطابعات وشبكة الإنترنت والمعدات التقنية اللازمة.

ويهدف تأهيل المجمّع إلى تحسين بيئة العمل القضائي، وتسهيل إنجاز معاملات المواطنين، وتعزيز كفاءة تقديم الخدمات العدلية.

ومشروع ( ) انطلق لتسهيل وصول الفئات الأكثر هشاشة إلى حقوقها وخدماتها القانونية في خمس محافظات: ريف دمشق، حلب، إدلب، حمص واللاذقية.

وشمل المشروع تقديم التوعية والاستشارات القانونية المجانية، وتدريب الكوادر القانونية وقادة المجتمع على حل النزاعات سلمياً، إلى جانب إعادة تأهيل المحاكم وتحسين البنية التحتية للخدمات العدلية، بما يسهم في حماية الحقوق وتعزيز الوصول إلى العدالة.

ماذا تخبرنا طاسة نحاسية أو قبقاب خشبي عن تراثنا؟

في حمّام السوق، لكل أداة وتفصيل مكانه في ذاكرة السوريين. من الليفة الخشنة والجرن الحجري إلى الطاسة النحاسية والقبقاب الخشبي، تتكامل الأدوات التقليدية مع طقوس الاستحمام والأحاديث التي تجمع الناس، لتجعل من الحمّام مساحة تتجاوز وظيفته الأساسية، وتحمل ملامح من الحياة الاجتماعية التي عاشها أهلنا وتناقلوها عبر الأجيال.
تفاصيل صغيرة لكنها تحفظ جانباً من تراثنا الحيّ، وتعيد وصل حاضرنا بعاداتٍ ما زالت تسكن ذاكرتنا.

The traditional Syrian public bath, or hammam, is more than a place to bathe; it is a social ritual where people gather and connect.

From wooden clogs and rough loofahs to stone basins and copper bowls, its traditional tools and customs preserve a part of Syria’s living heritage.

ما إن تبدأ النوتة الأولى، حتى تأخذنا الأغنية إلى مكانٍ نعرفه، ووجوهٍ نحبّها، وذكرياتٍ ظننا أنها بعيدة.
في #العتابا و #المولية و #الدلعونا، في #القدود و #الموشحات، لكل منطقةٍ سورية حكايتها، ولكل صوتٍ وقعٌ في ذاكرتنا، أغانٍ وُلدت من تفاصيل الحياة، وحفظت أفراح الناس وأحزانهم، وتناقلتها الأجيال حتى صارت جزءاً من هويتنا المشتركة.
تختلف الألحان، واللهجات، وطرائق الغناء، لكن يجمعها خيطٌ واحد: ذاكرةٌ سورية تسكن فينا، وتعود إلينا مع كل نغمة.

لأن #التراث ليس ما نسمعه فحسب، بل ما نشعر به، وما نتعرّف من خلاله إلى أنفسنا وإلى بعضنا.

The moment the first note begins, the song takes us to a place we know, to faces we love, and to memories we thought were long gone.
Through Ataba and Mawaliya, Dabke songs, Qudud and Muwashshahat, every Syrian region has its own story to tell, and every voice leaves its mark on our memory. These songs were born from the details of everyday life, preserving people’s joys and sorrows, passed down through generations until they became part of our shared .
Melodies, dialects, and singing styles may differ, but they are bound by a single thread: a Syrian memory that lives within us and returns with every note.
Because heritage is not only what we hear, but also what we feel, and what helps us recognize ourselves and one another.

كيف يصبح الفن نافذة التعافي؟
بين اللوحات والمنحوتات والبورتريهات والمناظر الطبيعية والأعمال اليدوية، تحتضن تجارب فنية متنوعة ضمن فعالية وَ، التي ينفذها تجمّع مدد للفنون برعاية وزارة الثقافة السورية Ministry of Culture, Syrian Arab Republic وبالتعاون مع منظمة التنمية السورية لتكون مساحة للشباب للتعبير عن أفكارهم ومخيلاتهم، ومشاركة رؤاهم، وإعادة اكتشاف قدرتهم على الإبداع رغم آثار سنوات الحرب والنزاع.
ففي رحلة التعافي، يحتاج #الشباب إلى مساحات تجمعهم، وتمنحهم صوتاً وفرصة ليكونوا جزءاً من صناعة التغيير ومن خلال وردة مسار، تواصل التنمية السورية دعم المساحات التي تحتضن طاقات الشباب ومبادراتهم، وتمنحهم فرصة لصناعة مشهد ثقافي متجدد يسهم في بناء مستقبل أكثر حيوية للمجتمع السوري.

How Can Art Become a Window to Healing?
From paintings and sculptures to portraits, landscapes, and handmade creations, Wardat Masar brings together diverse artistic experiences as part of the “Wa” event, implemented by the Madad Arts Collective under the patronage of the Ministry of , in collaboration with the Syrian Development Organization.
The space offers an opportunity to express their ideas and imagination, share their perspectives, and rediscover their creative potential despite the impact of years of war and conflict.
Throughout the recovery journey, young people need spaces that bring them together, give them a voice, and enable them to contribute to shaping change. Through Wardat Masar, the Syrian Development Organization continues to support spaces that nurture young people’s potential and initiatives, empowering them to help shape a renewed cultural scene that contributes to building a more vibrant future for Syrian society.

«أهلُ الأوّل ما تركوا شيء إلا وقالوه»…
كم من عبارةٍ نردّدها كل يوم، دون أن نعرف الحكاية التي تقف وراءها، أو التجربة التي وُلدت منها؟
ليست مجرد كلمات نتناقلها، بل خلاصة مواقف وحكايات وحِكَم حفظتها الذاكرة، وتناقلتها الألسن عبر الأجيال. وقد عبرت هذه الأمثال حدود الأماكن، واختلفت في ألفاظها، لكنها التقت في مضامينها، حاملةً في كل صيغة شيئاً من ثقافة #المجتمعات وتجاربها.
وربما نسي الناس الحكاية الأولى التي قيل فيها المثل، لكن كلماته بقيت حيّة، تتردّد في أحاديثنا، ويتجدّد حضورها مع كل جيل.

شاركونا أمثالاً شعبية ما زلتم تسمعونها وتستخدمونها حتى اليوم.

How many expressions do we repeat every day without knowing the stories behind them or the experiences that gave rise to them?
Folk proverbs are more than just words passed down from one person to another. They are the collective wisdom of situations, stories, and lessons preserved in memory and passed down through generations. These proverbs have crossed geographical boundaries, differing in wording while sharing similar meanings, with each version reflecting something of the and experiences of the that use it.
Perhaps people have forgotten the original stories behind these proverbs, but their words remain alive, echoing through our everyday conversations and finding renewed relevance with each generation.

للذاكرة صوتٌ نسمع فيه الماضي، وطعمٌ تختبئ فيه طقوس البيوت، وملمسٌ يحمل أثر الأيادي، وصورٌ تختصر عمراً من التفاصيل… هي ما نراه في النقوش والزخارف والحِرف، وما نسمعه في الأغاني وحكايات الجدّات، وما نتذوّقه في أطباقٍ نحمل نكهاتها معنا، وما نستحضره من روائح تعيدنا إلى البيوت والأماكن؛ كلها تفاصيل تحمل تراثنا وتختزن ملامح هويتنا.

Memory has a sound in which we hear the past, a taste that holds the rituals of our homes, a texture that carries the traces of hands, and images that capture a lifetime of details.
It lives in the patterns and ornaments we see, the crafts we preserve, the songs we hear, and the stories our grandmothers tell. في الأرياف السورية، تبدأ حكايات كثيرة من الأرض؛ من بذرةٍ تُزرع، ومحصولٍ يُحصد، تحوّله #النساء بخبراتهنّ ومعارفهنّ إلى منتجاتٍ تسهم في تأمين وبناء حياة أفضل لأسرهنّ.
وخلف هذه الحكايات، تقف نساءٌ طموحات يحتجن إلى فرصٍ تساند جهودهنّ وتساعدهنّ على تطوير مهاراتهنّ وتوسيع مشاريعهنّ.
في اليوم العالمي للمرأة الريفية، نحتفي بنساءٍ يحملن مجتمعاتهنّ على أكتافهنّ، ويفتحن أبواب الخير والنماء في أرجاء الريف السوري.

خيط وعقدة، وأصابع تنسج، وعيون تتبع الحركة، لتتكامل الحواس مع كل خطوة…
خلال تدريب المكرمية، الذي نفذته منظمة التنمية السورية بالشراكة مع فريق إيمان ونور، خاض شباب من تجربة جمعت بين تنمية التركيز والتآزر بين حركة اليد والعين، والتعبير عن الذات، ضمن مساحة تراعي احتياجاتهم وتتيح لهم التعلّم والإبداع بطريقتهم الخاصة.
نؤمن بأن #التنمية تبدأ من إتاحة فرص متكافئة للجميع، وتصميم أنشطة تراعي احتياجات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وتعزّز مشاركتهم واندماجهم في المجتمع

During a macramé training delivered by the Syrian Development Organization in partnership with the Iman wa Noor Team, young persons with disabilities took part in an experience that fostered concentration, hand-eye coordination, and self-expression, in an inclusive space that accommodates their needs and enables them to learn and create in their own way.
We believe development begins with creating equal opportunities for everyone, designing activities that respond to the needs of persons with disabilities, and promoting their participation and inclusion in the community.
