بهدف تعزيز التخطيط التشاركي على مستوى محافظة #حلب، انطلقت ورشة عمل مشتركة بين محافظة حلب ومنظمة التنمية السورية، بمشاركة ممثلين عن الجهات الرسمية والأهلية، إضافة إلى ممثلين عن المناطق الإدارية العشر في المحافظة: " منبج، الباب، إعزاز، عفرين، جبل سمعان، الأتارب، دير حافر، عين العرب، جرابلس، والسفيرة"
وتندرج هذه الورشة ضمن مسار عمل يعتمد على فهم احتياجات كلِّ منطقة على حدة، وبناء تصوّر عمراني وتنموي يعكس خصوصيتها، تمهيداً لدمج هذه التصورات ضمن رؤية موحدة ومتكاملة على مستوى حلب وريفها، حيث ستشهد المرحلة القادمة توسعاً في نطاق العمل ليشمل الوحدات الإدارية الأصغر، بما يعزز دقة التخطيط وفاعلية التدخلات التنموية على مستوى .
وخلال الورشة، تم استعراض التقدم المحرز في إعداد المخطط التوجيهي لحلب الكبرى، حيث أنجزت منظمة التنمية السورية الإصدار الأول منه، ليشكل إطاراً مرجعياً لتوجيه مسارات #التنمية العمرانية والخدمية في المرحلة المقبلة.
وتقوم رؤية حلب الكبرى على مسارين متكاملين: مسار خدمي إسعافي عاجل يستجيب للاحتياجات الأساسية ويحسن الواقع الخدمي، بالتوازي مع مسار تخطيطي استراتيجي طويل الأمد يهدف إلى تحقيق تنمية عمرانية واقتصادية واجتماعية عادلة ومستدامة، بما ينسجم مع رؤية منظمة التنمية السورية للتنمية.
With the aim of strengthening participatory planning at the governorate level in , a joint workshop was launched between the Aleppo Governorate and the Syrian Development Organization, with the participation of representatives from official and civil entities, as well as representatives from the governorate’s ten administrative regions: Manbij, Al-Bab, Azaz, Afrin, Jabal Samaan, Atareb, Deir Hafer, Ain al-Arab (Kobani), Jarabulus, and Al-Safira.
This workshop is part of a working process based on understanding the needs of each area individually and developing an urban and developmental vision that reflects its unique characteristics. These local visions will later be integrated into a unified and comprehensive framework for Aleppo and its countryside. The next phase will see the expansion of work to include smaller administrative units, enhancing planning accuracy and the effectiveness of development interventions at the level.
During the workshop, participants reviewed the progress made in preparing the Greater Aleppo Master Plan. The Syrian Development Organization has completed its first edition, which will serve as a reference framework for guiding urban and service development in the coming phase.
The vision for Greater Aleppo is based on two complementary tracks: an urgent service-oriented track that responds to essential needs and improves public services, alongside a long-term strategic planning track aimed at achieving fair and sustainable urban, economic, and social development, in line with the Syrian Development Organization’s vision for development.
