شاركت منصة المنظمات التي تقودها النساء في سوريا WLO في
حفل إطلاق مكتب شركة "كيمونيكس" في سوريا
الذي جمع ممثلين عن الجهات الحكومية والشركاء المحليين والدوليين لمناقشة مسارات التعافي وإعادة الإعمار.
وخلال الحفل قدّمت الأستاذة "كندة حوراني" ممثلة المنصة مداخلة حول التعافي المبكر، أكدت فيها أن نجاح جهود التعافي يرتبط بضمان وصول النساء والشباب والنازحين إلى فرص الاستثمار والتمكين الاقتصادي، ومعالجة التحديات التي ما تزال تحدّ من مشاركتهم الفاعلة.
نؤمن في WLO أن التعافي المستدام يبدأ بإشراك الفئات الأكثر تأثرًا، وتمكينها من أن تكون شريكًا في بناء مستقبل سوريا، لا مجرد مستفيد من جهود التعافي💚
The Syrian Women-Led Organisations Platform (WLO) took part in the launch of Chemonics' office in Syria, an event that brought together government representatives alongside local and international partners to explore pathways towards recovery and reconstruction.
Representing the Platform, Kinda Hourani contributed to a panel discussion on early recovery, emphasising that sustainable recovery requires equitable access to investment opportunities and economic empowerment for women, young people, and displaced communities, while addressing the barriers that continue to limit their meaningful participation.
At WLO, we believe that recovery is most effective when it is inclusive. Lasting recovery begins by ensuring that those most affected are not only supported, but empowered to shape decisions, drive solutions, and play a leading role in building Syria's future💚
