يتابع مجلس الأعمال السوري الكندي باهتمام بالغ التطورات الاقتصادية والاستثمارية في الجمهورية العربية السورية، والجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة، وتشجيع الاستثمار، وتفعيل دور القطاع الخاص في مختلف المحافظات.
وفي هذا السياق، شارك المجلس في اللقاء الذي جمع محافظ دير الزور الأستاذ زياد العايش مع منظمة مجالس الأعمال السورية المشتركة، حيث تناول الاجتماع سبل تعزيز البيئة الاستثمارية، واستعراض الفرص الاقتصادية الواعدة التي تتمتع بها المحافظة، إضافةً إلى بحث آليات تطوير التعاون والتكامل بين القطاعين العام والخاص بما يدعم مسيرة التنمية، ويسهم في توفير فرص العمل وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي.
وقد مثّل المجلس في هذا اللقاء الأستاذ أسامه محمد سليم الطباع، نائب رئيس مجلس الأعمال السوري الكندي، الذي أكد، نيابةً عن أعضاء المجلس، التزام المجلس بمواصلة دعم المبادرات الاقتصادية والتنموية، وتعزيز الشراكات بين رجال الأعمال والمؤسسات الاقتصادية بما يخدم أهداف التنمية الوطنية ويعزز آفاق التعاون الاقتصادي.
ويؤكد مجلس الأعمال السوري الكندي مجددًا دعمه لكافة الجهود والمبادرات الهادفة إلى استقطاب الاستثمارات، وتمكين رجال الأعمال السوريين في الداخل والخارج من الإسهام الفاعل في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني، وتعزيز مسارات التعافي والتنمية المستدامة.
كما يتقدم المجلس بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى وزارة الاقتصاد والصناعة، ومحافظة دير الزور، ومنظمة مجالس الأعمال السورية المشتركة، على جهودهم المتواصلة، متطلعًا إلى توسيع مجالات التعاون وبناء شراكات استراتيجية تسهم في دعم الاقتصاد السوري، وتعزيز فرص الاستثمار والتنمية المستقبلية.
Syrian Canadian Business Council is closely monitoring the evolving economic and investment landscape in the Syrian Arab Republic and the ongoing national efforts to promote sustainable development, encourage investment, and strengthen the role of the private sector across the country’s governorates.
In this context, the Council participated in the meeting held between Mr. Ziad Al-Ayesh, Governor of Deir ez-Zor, and the Organization of Joint Syrian Business Councils. The meeting focused on enhancing the investment environment, reviewing the promising economic opportunities available in Deir ez-Zor, and discussing mechanisms to strengthen cooperation and partnership between the public and private sectors in support of sustainable development, economic growth, and employment generation.
The Council was represented by Mr. Osama Mohammad Salim Al-Tabbaa, Vice President of the Syrian Canadian Business Council, who reaffirmed, on behalf of the Council’s members, the Council’s continued commitment to supporting economic and development initiatives and fostering collaboration among business leaders and economic institutions in alignment with Syria’s national development objectives.
The Syrian Canadian Business Council reiterates its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote investment, empower Syrian business leaders at home and abroad, and encourage their active contribution to economic recovery, reconstruction efforts, and sustainable development.
The Council also extends its sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Economy and Industry, the Governorate of Deir ez-Zor, and the Organization of Joint Syrian Business Councils for their valuable efforts. We look forward to expanding cooperation and establishing strategic partnerships that contribute to strengthening Syria’s economy and creating new opportunities for investment, growth, and sustainable development.
