في لقاء إنساني دافئ مع عائلات المفقودين، أكد الرئيس أحمد الشرع أن قضية البحث عن المفقودين هي أمانة الدولة وواجبها الأخلاقي الأول، وليست مجرد ملف عابر، مشدداً بالقول: (نحن خدم لكم ووهبنا أنفسنا لخدمة الناس ورفع الظلم). وقد استعاد الرئيس وجع الفقد الذي عايشه السوريون جميعاً، مؤكداً أن مرارة غياب المصير المجهول هي الأقسى على القلوب. ومن جانبها، وجهت السيدة لطيفة الدروبي رسالة تضامن عميقة، مؤكدة الوقوف الثابت إلى جانب العائلات حتى تظهر الحقيقة كاملة."

In a warm humanitarian meeting with families of the missing, President Ahmed Al-Sharaa affirmed that the quest to uncover the fate of the missing is the state's paramount moral duty and responsibility, rather than a transient file. He emphasized, (We are at your service, and we have dedicated ourselves to serving the people and lifting injustice). The President recalled the profound pain of loss experienced by all Syrians, stressing that the bitterness of an unknown fate is the most agonizing on the heart. قضية لا تموت بالوقت، وجرح لا يلتئم إلا بالحقيقة.
​في الـ 30 من آب/أغسطس من كل عام، يتجدد الألم وتتضاعف المسؤولية في . خلف كل اسم غائب، خلف كل صورة تُحمل باليد، وعائلة تنتظر تعيش على أمل اللقاء، وذاكرة أبية ترفض النسيان أو الإفلات من العقاب.

مسار العدالة يبدأ بالتحقق.. السجن المؤبد بحق المفتي السابق للنظام البائد أحمد حسون
​في خطوة هامة على طريق العدالة الانتقالية، أصدرت محكمة الجنايات الرابعة بدمشق اليوم الاثنين (24 آب 2026) حكمها النهائي بحق المفتي السابق لسوريا "أحمد بدر الدين حسون"، متضمناً السجن المؤبد مدى الحياة، مع الحرمان من أي عفو أو إفراج مشروط ومصادرة الأموال المنقولة وغير المنقولة لصالح الخزانة العامة.

- ​التحريض على الحرب الأهلية: السجن المؤبد.
- ​التحريض على القتل العمد والتدخل الأصلي: السجن المؤقت والغرامات المالية.

​The Path of Justice Begins to Materialize.. Life Imprisonment for Ahmed Hassoun, Former Mufti of the Defunct Regime
​In an important step on the path of transitional justice, the Fourth Criminal Court in Damascus issued its final ruling today, Monday (August 24, 2026), against the former Mufti of Syria, "Ahmed Badr Al-Din Hassoun," sentencing him to life imprisonment, stripping him of any amnesty or conditional release, and confiscating his movable and immovable property in favor of the public treasury.

أرواح الغوطة التي اختنقت بالغازات السامة لم ترحل، بل تحولت إلى حراسة أبدية لضمير الإنسانية.
​في ذكرى المجزرة، لسنا بصدد استذكار عابر؛ بل تثبيت لحقيقة دامغة: لا تسامح مع قتلة الشعوب، ولا إسقاط لدعاوى العدالة بالتقادم.
​المساءلة ليست شعاراً نرفعه، بل هي المعبر الوحيد نحو مستقبل لا يتكرر فيه الكابوس. المحاسبة تمنع الجريمة القادمة، والعدالة هي وحدها ما يعيد ترتيب معنى الوطن.

ببالغ الحزن والأسى، ننعى الشاب ، الذي ارقى إثر حادثة أليمة داخل أحد مراكز الاحتجاز في مدينة الحفة.
​إننا في ، وإيمانناً منا بأن صون الكرامة الإنسانية وحماية حقوق الموقوفين هو المعيار الحقيقي لترسيخ سيادة القانون، نؤكد على رفضنا المطلق لكل أشكال التعذيب وسوء المعاملة التي تتنافى مع أبسط قواعد العدالة والإنسانية.
​نثمن التحركات الرسمية والأمنية المتمثلة بتشكيل لجان التحقيق وتوقيف المتورطين، ونشدد على أن العدالة الناجزة والمحاسبة الصارمة والسريعة لكل من تثبت إدانته وتجاوزه للقانون هي الضمانة الوحيدة لمنع تكرار مثل هذه الفواجع، وتحقيق ما تطمح إليه مؤسسات الدولة في حماية حقوق المواطنين وكرامتهم.

إلى أمهات الشهداء الصابرات.. إلى أبطالنا المغيبين في ظلمات المعتقلات.. إلى أبناء شعبنا السوري العظيم الصامد في كل مكان.
​في هذه اللحظة التاريخية الفارقة، التي تتجلى فيها العدالة المنشودة، نتقدم إليكم بأحر التهاني والتبريكات. لقد نطق القضاء بالحق، وصدر الحكم العادل #الإعدام شنقا وبإنزال أشد العقوبات بحق المجرم ورفاقه في الإجرام.
​اليوم، نرى السفاح الذي كان شرارة الألم السوري، والمسؤول المباشر عن اقتلاع أظافر أطفال درعا الأحرار وإشعال نار المعاناة، ذليلاً خلف القضبان ببدلة السجناء. اليوم، نعلم يقيناً وبالدليل القاطع أن دماء أبنائنا لم تضع هدراً، وأن يد العدالة، مهما طال الزمن، ستطال كل من تجبر وأجرم بحق هذا الشعب.
​إن هذا الحكم يمثل خطوة أساسية على درب الحقيقة والقصاص، ويؤكد أن مسار المحاسبة مستمر ولن يتوقف حتى نيل العدالة الكاملة. ونخص بالذكر هنا رأس الإجرام وآلة القمع والقتل، ، الذي كان "صاحب القرار الأعلى" في كل هذه الفظائع؛ فمحاسبته هي الغاية النهائية التي لا حياد عنها.

خيانة القسم الطبي: حين يتحول الطبيب إلى أداة تعذيب بصيدنايا أيُّ انحدارٍ أخلاقيٍّ هذا… حين يسقط من أقسم على إنقاذ الإنسان إلى درك من يمتهن إذلاله؟
وأيُّ سقوطٍ أعمق من أن تتحول يدٌ خُلقت للشفاء إلى أداةٍ لإيلام الضعفاء وكسرهم؟
إن الملازم الطبيب ( ) ليس مجرد مخالفٍ لقيم مهنته، بل مثال فاضح على تجرّد الإنسان من إنسانيته. لقد خان القسم، وخان العلم، وخان أبسط معاني الرحمة، حين استغل معرفته الطبية ليضاعف معاناة المعتقلين داخل السجون، مستهدفاً أجساداً أنهكها القهر وأرواحاً تبحث عن ذرة أمل.
ما ارتكبه ليس خطأً… ولا تجاوزاً…
بل انحدارٌ أخلاقي كامل، وجريمة إنسانية لا تسقط ولا تُنسى.
من داخل ، نقولها بوضوح:
لا مكان لهؤلاء بين أهل المهنة، ولا مكان لهم خارج دائرة المحاسبة.
كل من تلطخت يداه بألم المعتقلين هو شريك في الجريمة، مهما حاول الاختباء خلف رتبة أو لقب.
قرار فصله ليس نهاية الطريق… بل بدايته.
فهذا الملف لن يُطوى، وهذه الجرائم لن تُغلق، وهذه الذاكرة لن تُمحى.
نحن لا ننسى… ولن نصمت… ولن نساوم على حق الضحايا.
"حين يموت الضمير في قلب الطبيب… يصبح علمه سلاحاً، وأدواته شاهدةً على جريمته."

Medical Oath Betrayal: When a Doctor Turns into an Instrument of Torture

​What moral degradation is this… when one who swore to save human life falls into the depths of subjecting them to humiliation?

​And what fall is deeper than when a hand created to heal turns into a tool to inflict pain on the vulnerable and break them?

​First Lieutenant Doctor (Ammar Mahmoud Deeb) is not merely a transgressor of his profession's values, but a blatant example of a human devoid of humanity. He betrayed the oath, betrayed science, and betrayed the most fundamental meanings of mercy when he exploited his medical knowledge to multiply the suffering of detainees inside prisons—targeting bodies exhausted by oppression and souls searching for a shred of hope.

​What he committed was not a mistake… nor a mere violation…

​It was a complete moral collapse and a crime against humanity that will neither expire nor be forgotten.

​From within the Association of Syrian Revolution Detainees, we state clearly:

​There is no place for such individuals among medical professionals, and no place for them outside the circle of accountability.

​Everyone whose hands are stained with the pain of detainees is an accomplice to the crime, no matter how hard they try to hide behind a rank or a title.

​The decision to dismiss him is not the end of the road… but its beginning.

​This file will not be closed, these crimes will not be set aside, and this memory will not be erased.

​We do not forget… we will not remain silent… and we will not compromise on the rights of the victims.
